I meant to share this review last time I visited, but I had another amazing experience at this location and wanted to share it! I had severe anxiety earlier this year about visiting the dentist and it took me a long time to set an appointment, and when I finally did I was treated very kindly and respectfully, and all the staff have been so friendly and welcoming each visit. Especially Tien she always treats me so well each visit, and gives me motivation to keep up my dental hygiene. I would absolutely recommend coming to this location !! 💕

My kids and I have gone here for 14 years. I’ve never once had a bad experience. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE at Timber Ridge is amazing and helpful. The work they do is top notch and they make sure you’re well taken care of. I’m thankful for the care they give my family’s teeth!

Dr MCConnell is amazing! He explained everything he was doing through out the procedure (dental implant). He has very gentle hands, he asked throughout how I was doing. He and his assistant Kate are exceptional at what they do. The front desk staff were very friendly and very efficient. I definitely will refer friends and family to this office.

Dr. Yang and the staff are pleasant, competent, and helpful. They do a great job of calming my anxiety about dental work. Dr. Yang is very skilled. She has restored my faith in dentists! (translation: I've experienced some very poor dental services elsewhere.)

Midlands Dental is the best dental office ever. All the ladies at the desk are amazing and they truly have the best customer service. I have been coming here for over 11yrs and by far they the best ever. Dr Yang, Dr McConnell and all assistants are very knowledgeable and make you feel at home. I recommend this place to everyone.

I got my wisdom teeth out today, well just 3 of them because the Dentist didn't want to risk nerve damage on the fourth one, so to make sure I get the absolute best possible outcome I will go back at a later date when that tooth is more ready to be...born? but wow the staff was great, super friendly they were all extremely knowledgeable and took their time explaining everything while I wasn't sedated yet, so I would be completely aware of what the risks are and what to expect and they did everything to help calm my nerves, I even got a cozy little blanket during the procedure so I felt more like I was at the spa instead of like I was getting bones ripped out of my face. Same difference. I was sedated with an IV so I was super sleepy and comfortable. they could have burnt the place down with me in it and I would have been totally on board for the free sauna experience. They even let me choose the music in the background! Looking back it almost seems like a dream and now I'm laying in bed drinking meal replacement shakes and not being at work so I say this is a win win situation! Thanks again to the amazing staff for making this experience a pleasant one and really putting me first and taking me seriously as a patient and not treating me like an idiot just because I do look younger than I am. Not enough good things to say about this place! The front desk lady who checked me in also was wearing her festive little Memorial Day headband with glittery pom poms sticking up which made me smile, seems like an awesome place. Thank you again!

Great experience from walk in was greeted by front desk Ashley and Anna as well as Alyssa the hygienist all three great personalities and kind. The Dentist Dr. Yang is by far the most amazing dentist I’ve ever had. She ensures you’re comfortable and is very detailed with explaining the work needed and what she has planned for best results. Very kind, skillful and easy to communicate with I highly recommend her.

Looked everywhere for a dentist and finally came across this office. From the first call they were extremely nice and beyond helpful!! Had me set up with an appointment for a tooth extraction within less than 48 hours. From the moment I walked in and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It was 8am and everyone was smiling and friendly. I had X-rays and then to a room to wait for the dentist. None of my “wait time” was long at all!they were very good about letting me know what was going on and checking on me. The procedure didn’t last long at all and the bedside manner of the dentist was AWESOME and definitely appreciated! He explained everything and more! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! Thanks again everyone for making this such an amazing process 😊❤️ definitely worth more than a 5 ⭐️review!!!

Excellent service. Excellent communication both before and during my visit. I love getting the reminder messages and I even got a message that I could have my cleaning done today as well. Which wasn't previously scheduled. Throughout my exam and x-ray session the staff and the doctor was very friendly and helpful as well as thorough. Numerous opportunities to ask questions and all my questions were answered. All procedures were explained. As well as biling. Options of treatments were explained and future appointments made with ease. Very accommodating. Facility is very clean, constantly cleaning and sanitizing equipment and areas every step of my visit. I wish there was a bonus star system because they earned it tenfold. So thank you and kudos for my excellent visit 😀

Dr. Yang and Dr. McConnell provided an excellent experience. Their assistants Jamia and Q are the also very friendly and made my visits enjoyable. The front desk staff; Ashleigh, Becky and Anna are incredibly friendly greeting you as you come in the door. Dr. Yang and Dr. McConnell are knowledgeable and they explain everything to you in understandable terms. Dr. Yang took the time to fully go over my dental health, and presented several options on how to improve my teeth all while doing so in a professional and positive manner. After having a previous experience that was not ideal, I was reluctant to find a new dentist that I could trust. Both Doctors took the time to explain and walk me step by step during my treatment which helped with my anxiety. I would highly recommend this team to my family and friends.
