Carter was awesome he was Very very thorough he went through the entire system and got us back on track. The best part there was no high-pressure sales just advise us of what he thought was best over the next year. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use if ever need it again.

Carter went above and beyond his duty to help to identify a chemical smell we couldn't identify. He always does a thorough job with investigating the issue, educating us on the problems identified and how our system works. I'm always comforted seeing his face when he's covering the job. Excellent service. Technician was very professional and took pride in his work. I was very impressed. He took time to explain what he had done and even took pictures (before and after) to emphasize what service was completed. I’ve had service maintenance done before but none as efficient as this visit. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to use McCarthy as well as recommend their service to others.

The team of technicians were on time, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Great guys who liked their job and it showed. I trusted them in my house. They respected the house cleanliness with shoe covers as they walked around. I appreciated that very much. These guys even changed the furnace filter. 10/10.

We worked with Chris R. this evening, and he was a lifesaver!! He was knowledgeable, fast, and gave us some great advice for future maintenance with our very old HVAC unit. Reasonably priced service that was able to send a tech out with only a couple hours notice. Chris was friendly, professional, and overall just a cool guy. Highly recommend!!

Carter was a great service tech; he explained and showed how my system was working and what we can do to keep it running efficiently. He was super knowledgeable about the system the products and the way they will impact our air quality. I have been with McCarthy for a long time and he Carter is one their best service techs that I have had the opportunity to meet.

Chris R. was absolutely Amazing! He got here quick and was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what was possibly wrong with our A/C. He was very friendly and understanding of our situation. You can tell he really wants to help people and not just squeeze people out of all of their money. We definitely will use this company again if we ever need too!

Brent Walsh was awesome! He was on time. He was professional and respectful. He gave us tips about our heat pump and humidifier. He had a sense of humor. Super cool guy and down to earth. 10 out of 10, would recommend Brent again! Brent if you’re out there, thank you!!!

Good customer service is rare these days, but these guys impressed us every step of the way! I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the woman I scheduled with(probably due to my brain overheating) but she was very pleasant to work with! My house got up to 87 degrees today and I could not find someone to come out till tomorrow. Until I got ahold of this place and she got us in same day, called my landlord even faster than I could to confirm with him and she even called me to update me when our technician was on his way. She was very personable and is a wonderful representative for the company! Chris got here over an hour earlier than the window we were initially told and we could not be more thrilled, for obvious reasons. He was also very personable and he cracked us up a few times, while remaining completely professional. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in ways that are easy to understand. He did a great job, worked fast and his positivity is infectious. You can tell that he really cares about his clients and that says a lot about him and this company! And same goes for the lady I scheduled with, I wish I could remember her name!
