Lillie at the store was great. And they did a great job with my wife’s old quilt that her Luther made for her years ago.

Laundered dress shirts. I can't remember the gal's name but she works 12 hour shifts but is always polite and pleasant. I look forward to go in and chat with her about her granddaughter. P.S. u need to open the one on saddle creek back up. No dry cleaners in north Omaha!

I have been coming to the location in Dundee for over 20 years off and on. I moved away from Omaha in 2013, but was back for the funeral of my 2 moms, just 2 years apart. My mothers were well known at this location and always treated with great dignity. I was in town this weekend for a wedding and needed clothes professionally cleaned and pressed for the event. I never hope that they will stay fresh and unwrinkled in my suitcase. As always, I got them back in 24 hours -- same day is still possible -- but I simply came back the next day. Lillie took care of me on both days. She greeted customers by their last name and was frustrated when she got the last name of a customer wrong. She explained to him apologetically that she has two regulars named RYAN and she simply used the other Ryan's last name. You could see that he was touched by her apology. Customer service like Lillie's has mostly disappeared. I work for an airline out of Atlanta and we try when we can to address passengers who we have just met by their last name. We have a virtual seating chart and the tools needed to do that. Passengers always tell us how elevated their experience is when we address them by their name (family or otherwise). Although Lillie had never met me before, she greeted me with the smile and warmth that she did her regulars. Max I. Walker is blessed to have someone like Lillie. Forgive if the spelling is wrong. Great customer service is what brings people back for more business when there are other options out there, especially ones that are closer. Lillie is great for business and may she be recognized for that both in words and compensation.

Max I. Walker did a very good job cleaning my clothes. However, I have NEVER paid so much for dry cleaning in my life. I am not from Omaha so I don't know what a competitive price is for dry cleaning but it was $95 for 6 pieces and that was with a 10% discount. One of the dresses was $20 by itself. Everything was taken care of well though.

I consistently get great service and the clothes are always done quickly and on time. Of all the things you have to worry about in your life, dry cleaning at Max I Walker is not one of them. I also love their staff. Super friendly people in hard workers.

We have used this place in Dundee since we moved to Omaha two years ago. We are greeted by name when we walk in. Great service. She does an amazing job with my work shirts! I highly recommend. There are several dry cleaners closer to where we live but this one is the best.
