Love this place! Everyone is so friendly and professional and my nails last the longest from this business than from any others. The owner is great too!

I had the pedicure that included the most features including buffing the callouses. (The most expensive one they offered) I had gel polish on my toenails so it took a little but if time to remove it. I noticed that The girl doing my pedicure seemed to be rushing & I asked her she had a time limit & her answer was yes. I realized the time limit was an hour after she made a comment about being 20 minutes over & she hadn’t even painted my nails yet. After 5 days I noticed that the gel polish on one of my toes was completely gone!! (Notice the toe next to pinky) I’m not happy about it at all. I will never go back. The pedi cost me over $50. I’ve had better pedicures for a less amount that lasted 6-8 weeks

I use to Love this place. Super friendly and always offered a drink . The last few times I have gone there , no drinks were offered and you wait for hours to get in and when you do , they are rough and do a terrible job on your nails . I was there a week ago and two of my nails have already came off . Sorry, but I won’t be back . The wait is ridiculous.

🚫This place is dirty! Smells like dirty socks! The workers get mad if you ask them to disinfect your area! 🚫It's nasty stinky and they don't clean any if the tools they use! Nor the area where the service is performed! I am a cosmetologist and this place would NOT meet state sanitations rules! 🚫This place will put you in the hospital with a nasty bacterial infection! Listen when I say "Don't do it" . 🚫If you have a small child just take one look at the kiddos pedicure bowl before the service is started! I'm positive you will rethink putting your babies precious skin in that cesspool.

Went here at the beginning of the summer with a group for my sisters wedding. They do not have a lot of acrylic techs and they did not prepare despite a reservation. My nails were done first and was very rushed. Their was a chunk dried under my nail at the end that I had to ask another tech to remove because the woman that did mine was nowhere to be found. By the time I was done the other girls were just getting started on the other 3 getting acrylics. The designs all turned out very cute despite delays. After growing them out I tried to remove the nails with warm water, towels, and soaking in acetone as usual, however the nails would not soak off after over 40 minutes of soaking making me think they use MMA instead of EMA. Basically they got the job done, but I would have paid more somewhere else for the a better experience for a special day.

My daughters nails just hours after her gel manicure. And they refused to refund my money as they said it was their policy. It’s almost like they are using bad products and know this will happen. Bad business practice and bad customer service. Also, the scrubbing pad for exfoliating was matted with hair- the nail tech had to pick it off- gross. Will not return.

I got a mani pedi last Sunday and I went with my go to white. Nancy did fine just wish she would’ve pushed my cuticles back more. Also hasn’t been a week and my white nails look brown and dirty. I called a bit ago and the lady on the phone said there isn’t anything they can do about it and that white nails tend to do that. My toe nails are still perfectly white and if that’s something that “tends to happen” it should at least be a disclaimer to new clients.

This was the first time I went in in almost 6 months due to me moving out of state. I was lucky enough to get Michelle as my nail tech again and I’ve always appreciated her work! When I moved out of state in October, I had several people ask me where I get my nails done because of how long they lasted!

This was the worst salon I have ever been too! Holly took a chunk out of my finger my dip was uneven (super thick in some areas bumps in others) and not covering all parts of my nails. When I asked her to change the shape because my nails are always round (they were when I came in as well and she cut them down to square which I asked for her not to) she commented that my crooked fingers wouldn’t look good with that shape. The lady who did my toes also cut my cuticles too close causing me to bleed. If my boss hadn’t gotten me a gift certificate I would not have paid for this service. During the hour that I was there multiple girls came in asking for their nails to be fixed. This was the first and last time I will ever come here!

Still currently being serviced, but I figure I’d review while it’s fresh in my memory. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, lord please go somewhere else to Not risk yourself of getting an infection of unclean tools. I got a pedicure, the mango splash supposedly. (By Annie) The pedicure was fine, a bit aggressive on the cuticle care and scrubbing my feet with the brush. Pretty sure she scratched me with it, it’s pretty stingy on areas on my ankles. She put the USED cuticle nippers and USED toe nail clippers back into a bag where she got them from originally, where she has clear gloves in also. She also got her buffer from this bag. (Bag in photos included) Who knows how many people the tools were used on before me. Who knows the last time they’ve been cleaned and sanitized in barbicide. So gross. I need a refund. Who knows if I’m gonna get an infection from these tools. You should be very careful, you’re gonna get sued from someone getting an infection from your unclean tools. I use to do nails, and this is not where you wanna go for cleanliness.
