M Salon

Shawnta did awesome! I did a back facial and it was so relaxing and nice! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend her. The salon was very cute. A little awkward to go in because the desk is at the back and you need to walk through the middle of the salon to get there, but everyone is very nice and welcoming.

Sydney is the best! She is professional and efficient and I get compliments on my lash extensions all the time. The rest of the staff is friendly and the salon is always clean and welcoming. I highly recommend M Salon and Sydney!

I had my first appointment with Heather yesterday and it was wonderful! She was personable, quick, and easy to talk to. She did a fantastic haircut. So impressed! I feel like I’ve found my hair gal!

Mallory is probably one of the most down to earth, fun and extremely talented stylists in omaha....for sure. It's seems effortless to her..best haircut I've had in a long...long...time. I'm going back in 6 weeks for s highlight....highly recommend this salon.

The entire staff was so friendly and full of smiles. Melissa Ramsey was my massage therapist and she asked exactly what I needed before proceeding. I felt amazing after the massage was done. I already have another appointment scheduled for next month!

I had two great experiences this week with Sydney! She cut my hair for the first time, knew exactly how I wanted it while describing my typical cut and gave me her advice and opinions on what might look best when I asked her. She was so friendly and easy to talk to (which is great for an introvert in a situation that can be awkward for me). Then my four year old decided that she wanted a haircut after seeing mine, which would be her very first cut, and Sydney squeezed us in a few days later and was amazing with my daughter. She made the whole experience so fun and my daughter loves her new haircut! I was a little nervous to go someplace new, but I highly recommend this salon. All of the staff are so friendly, and it's a beautiful environment. 10/10!

Sydney at M Salon is absolutely the best! She listened to what I wanted and she understands the clients’ wants. She is amazing, and her skills are exquisite! I will continue coming back to her. My hair looks and feels so much healthier and brighter thanks to Sydney:)

Appointment scheduling was seamless, and Chelsea did a great job. She is friendly and very thorough. Definitely recommend.

I’m genuinely shocked by the good reviews, I’ve never met a more rude staff or seen a sadder “salon.” I took my daughter here for her first haircut and the stylist (whom I later found out was the owner) was so rude to her. She kept barking at her to move her head certain ways and didn’t bother to try to talk to her at all. I even explained lightheartedly that she’d never done this before and how excited she was for her first haircut to try to get the stylist to chill. Fwiw, she wasn’t wiggly or squirmy, she just occasionally looked up at me for reassurance. The stylist took maybe 5 minutes to hack it and it’s laughably crooked. Another woman came in while we were there and no one bothered to even say hello to her, she just kinda awkwardly made her way to the back to wait. Maybe it’s great if you’re an established client but if you’ve never been, never go.

Chelsea Russman is the best hairstylist in Omaha! I have been going to her for 6+ years now and she hasn’t messed up once. She is the only person I trust with my hair. She listens to me, helps me figure out what will look best and she always does an exceptional job. She goes above and beyond. To top it off, she is sweet and personable. I always recommend her to my coworkers and friends and they haven’t been disappointed either. Would highly recommend her!!
