Lux Nail Spa Omaha

The staff is friendly and I've given this place several tires before now having to find somewhere new in the area. The first couple of times the staff was not gentle and when they cut my cuticles on my hands and feet l. When I got dip powder, it wasn't well done and they all popped off within 10 days. This last time I received shellac, which was such a poor job! The lady got it all over my fingers and didn't do a neat, nor complete job. Will not return.

Had my toes done one day ago and the guy that did them must not really know what he was doing. Cut my feet three times and didn’t even do a good job on them. My big toes still hurt so I know he didn’t cut my toe nail correctly. First time I was treated rather rudely at this place.

Lux will always be my number one go to spot in west Omaha for my nails! Whether it be a dip or an ombré I love to make a statement with something different and they always help make it my best! I work in food so being able to make a set last up to three weeks or more I’m quite happy! Come for your nails, and go check out Lings next door for lunch while you’re at it.

It took her an hour and a half to do a fill and it was done poorly, the glitter is patchy, there are air bubbles, and they are not just messy looking. Considering the amount of time she took I had high expectations and i am extremely disappointed in my nails

I went to the nail studio for the first time yesterday. My tech is perfectionist and did an amazing job with my request for ombre nails. I can't wait to see you again in a few weeks.

Overall it was nice. The staff was really nice and sweet. The place was mostly clean besides the clipped nails on the floor. I would of rated 5 stars but I didn’t because the lady doing my nails would randomly leave for a few minutes and I knew she wasn’t in the bathroom because you can see it. Another thing is that there was nail clippings in the floor. Also the oldest lady would do someone’s nails then go lay down on her phon on the chairs you get your feet dons on!

Love this shop! It's very clean and organized. My tech is super talented and precise. She always makes my nails perfect and knows her craft. Very happy here! Highly recommend!

The place I usually go to was starting to not do so well for my shellac manicure. I usually can go 2-3 weeks between times and my nails didn’t last 1 week from my old place. I decided to try Lux since it was just right before Thanksgiving and I needed them done for the holiday. This was the best care I’ve ever had with a shellac manicure. It’s been 3 weeks and I am not easy on my nails at all and not a single corner or chip or crack has happened yet. I think I found my new place to go to.

Hanna does SUCH a good job on my nails. I can tell they really care about doing good work. Very happy with the service!

My mom and I got our nails done here and they did amazing! They were very friendly and took their time making the nails look good. We went about an hour over their closing time however they were not in a rush and made sure to give us high quality nails!
