Alex is the best and hes always there. Amazing and great quality. My nails have always worn well and the tecs are careful and gentle with my natural nails.

Nails looked kinda pretty but OUCH !!! Seriously! They buffed my cuticles raw! I told them they were hurting me and it was like they didn’t understand. Will maybe still go here for pedicures but never again for my nails

Absolutely love this place! Took me while to find a nail salon I love after my old place got shut down. They do a fabulous job, the place is so clean and pretty!! Great price! Not to mention how helpful they are!

Just tried this place today. Very nice place, people were friendly and took pride in the work. Price was on par with other places in the area. I had a shellac manicure.

Went here recently with my family. We had a ladies day between 5 women and 5 girls. We had pedicures, manicures, and 2 girls got acrylics, one being my daughter. We reserved the private room in advance for all of this. My daughter got acrylics and asked for coffin nails. Her nails were uneven, barely filed into coffin shape, and longer than she asked for. She tried to tell the nail tech she needed them shorter and she was told they couldn’t be shorter or she couldn’t get the coffin shape, which was poorly filed regardless. Her nail polish was lumpy and had missing spots and I asked for it to be corrected but the technician had split as soon as they were finished with her nails. So another technician had to come fix the polish. I told her just to forget about the uneven nails because I wasn’t going to wait around as the person fixing the polish was clearly irritated to fix that. Then when we went to check out, AFTER paying the girl at the front desk says “wait, she didn’t have shellac did she?” I said no. She had refused nail polish on her acrylics. It was a $10 up charge for shellac that she had me pay, and I had already tipped and everything. She said she had to go to her manager to ask for the $10 to be refunded to me. The manager was doing someone else’s nails nearby and was very loud in asking several times if the receptionist was 100% sure we didn’t have shellac. By this point we had tracked down the nail polish my daughter used to prove it was in fact NOT shellac. The manager then tried to say that because my daughter’s nails were LONG there was an up charge for “long length” so no refund. Up charge for long nails? If anything longer nails are LESS work than filing and cutting them down to be short. Doesn’t make sense. The refund was refused. Not to mention my pedicure was sub par. The tech barely massages my legs, didn’t use lotion that the other ladies got on their legs, and rushed the whole time. I will NEVER come to this place again. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either. Completely unprofessional and less than quality work.

I got an acrylic fill done and I have never had such a painful experience. All of my cuticles were swollen and bleeding when I left, and 4 of my nails chipped the very next day.

Had an appointment, started out fine. Then in the middle of my nails, I got moved to the pedicure chair. They finished my nails while getting my pedicure. The water was already ran and cold, so they added some hot water.. I was there with 2 friends whose pedicures started 15 minutes before mine. Needless to say my pedicure was rushed and short 15 minutes. It’s a fancy place, not worth going in. It was my first time and last. Very DISAPPOINTED

I have lived here for a year now and have had a couple of appointments at this salon for different services. My most recent was an acrylic set and pedi. They moved my appointment that was made TWO WEEKS in advance for a walk in bridal party and didn't tell me until I came in for my appointment. They told me they could do my fingers and toes at the same time if I came back in an hour. I politely asked if I could get them done separately (because if you're paying this much, you want the relaxing experience!) if I came a couple of hours later instead. They said yes. I came back later and asked if I could get some form of comp since my appointment had been made weeks in advance (for vacation too 😕) and I was inconvenienced. The girl very rudely said "what are you asking for?" I said "Any sort of comp since I wasn't told my appointment was moved" and she said "We don't really do that, it's not our fault they came in". I went ahead with the appointment anyways. They then did my pedi and nails at the same time, which is exactly what I wanted to avoid, while putting me in a chair full of purple acrylic shavings. Some things I want to warn others about with this salon: - they use the same tools on everyone without cleaning them - do NOT get dip manis here, they dip your finger straight into the powder jar. They do this with EVERYONE and it's not hygienic at all. - while some of the girls at the front desk are friendly, the one who helped me in October (name is Maddy or Maggie?) is rude, rolls her eyes frequently, and talks badly about customers right in front of them with whoever is next to her. - They leave your nails covered in melted acrylic when you pay for a removal and leave them in horrible condition. This salon is only worried about making money and getting people in and out as quickly as possible. Their techs are friendly and knowledgeable, but the owner's business ethics model is only worried about the money that's in West O.

Booked a pedicure for two people. We sat next to each other. They filled our water at the same time. One of us started to get worked on. They checked back a couple times to tell us they apologize for the wait on the 2nd person. They kept saying it would be 5 minutes and they were just waiting for someone to free up. We saw several other people get started with technicians while we waited. 40 minutes into the first person pedicure, no one had started on the 2nd person. We told them to just cancel it. Won’t be back. It was pretty dirty inside and not cared for. Stained ceiling tiles and air vents with black dirt or mold on them. The pedicure was fine but hardly enjoyable due to the stress of one of us sitting them the whole time waiting.

I'm not usually the type to leave bad reviews but I was very frustrated with my service yesterday. To begin, I only wanted my toenails painted and he proceeded to cut and file my nails after I told him not to twice. There seemed to be a language barrier, so I was trying to be understanding but when he kept doing things, I did not want it was beginning to get frustrating. We then moved to my dip powder nails and this experience was not good at all. My nails we're even shorter when he ended the service then what I would've liked. I had to continuously tell him not to cut or file anymore. He then was getting done and one of my nails was not the color I wanted at all, he must've dipped that finger in the wrong powder. He corrected it but seemed very frustrated. It put me in a very uncomfortable place, but I had to say something. When I left, I noticed I had bumps on one of my nails, and a white colored squiggle on the other. One hand was longer than the other and it looked like little bubbles compared to my other hand. He left crust from the dip all over my fingers and didn't take the inside crust off of the nail, so it seemed even chunkier. It is my first and last time going here. I wish I could've got someone more experienced.
