The communication about billing is terrible. We received a bill under my wife's account that we were unsure about. My wife called to determine what exactly the bill was for. Kathy told My wife that she could not find the information and would call back when it was located. Months later, with no return phone call, the bill was reported to collections without any notification. After another phone call with Kathy my wife was finally able to determine that the charge was not in fact for a service she had done, but for a cleaning for me that should have been on my account. If this information would have been communicated during the first phone call we would have resolved the bill.

Honestly, I enjoyed my visit to the dentist. No, really … I did. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and well organized. They set me on a plan that is comprehensive; that I feel is manageable.

Got lucky finding this place. I've been here for dental work and cleanings after a few visits I can say with out a doubt most friendly and professional dentist I've been to. I had Dr Larsen and am very pleased with her work.

Best dental visit EVER! Started with Tina my longterm and dont forget best Hygienist in Omaha. Then to Dr. Semerad and Coree who took great care of me, making me feel so comfortable. It's been a lot of years since I've had to have dental work and they made it so easy!...all of you ROCK, thank you so very much ❤️
