I have been going to Dr. Frank for about 30 years now, everyone in his office are very personable and friendly. Dr. Frank takes the time to really get to know his clients and is always pleasant and positive. I would recommend him to anyone and I wouldn't ever go to anyone else!

Doc is great! Always knows how to cheer you up even though your at the Dentist😁. Thanks to the Awesome team at Lakeside Dental for another great visit to the dentist! 8/25/21 Visited today for a cleaning and was greeted by Kaitlin at the desk who was very polite and asked me to fill out the paperwork then she handed me off to Micaela. Micaela was very polite and did an amazing job on my teeth and was very professional.

I have been going to Dr. Franks office for over 10 years. There is a reason for that. His staff have always greeted me by name. I rarely have to wait to get called when they are ready for me. Ashley has cleaned my teeth for the last couple of years. She not only cleans my teeth gently but she is personable, funny and excellent at what she does. Dr. Frank is always professional. He has a calm approach to greeting you and whenever I have a procedure that involves a needle he takes his time and puts you at ease. He talks you through it so there are no surprises. During visits there is NEVER an up-sale for procedures or products. It’s nice to have no pressure sales for teeth whitening, or other vain procedures. I look forward to going to Lakeside Dental.

everyone is great there from the moment you walk in until you leave

Very relaxed office during my visit. My Hygienist made me feel comfortable and my cleaning was quick but not so quick that she was rushing. I have past traumas and barely want to go to the dentist for a check but today was a notable visit. Thank you for making me comfortable and you have a new patient.

I own a business. Courtesy, clear communication and managing customer expectations are the most important parts of good customer service. I have been a patient with Dr. Frank for about six years. On June 21, 2021, I scheduled another six-month cleaning appointment at 1:00 p.m. on December 22, 2021. I got three more texts that day stating my appointment was at 1:00 p.m. on December 22. I put the appointment in my calendar. On December 8, I received a text to confirm my appointment at 1:00 p.m. on December 22. I received three more texts about my appointment between December 15 and December 22. Just a barrage of texts from the office. With online Christmas shopping, shipping updates and running a business in five states, I receive a lot of texts. At 12:40, I was at 180th and Burke St, I received a call from the office receptionist that because I was 10 minutes late for my appointment, I would have to reschedule. I was shocked. I said my appointment is at 1:00. She said no it's 12:30. You received three texts. She asked if I could come in mid January. I said no, I'm not in Omaha until the end of April. She then asked if I wanted to call back then. I said no, I'll find a new dentist. I called back because I couldn't believe THEY changed MY original appointment without a phone call. I wanted the receptionist to know why I'm leaving. She wished me good luck in finding a dentist. Well, I just got off the phone with a dentist close to my house and they can get me in for a cleaning on Tuesday morning at 8:00! And the receptionist was super sweet and wished me a Merry Christmas. And the dentist has a 5 star Google review. Moral of the story: If you're treated poorly, write a 1 star review and spend your money with 5 star businesses!

Dr. Frank and staff has an easy manner and made me feel comfortable. Disappointed to learn he is no longer using nitrous oxide which was the best part of going to the dentist.
