Jennifer & Chris are SUPER responsive and work hard to meet the needs of their customers. We've used Keats for a couple of years for routine system checks and maintenance. Chris recommends what's needed to keep the system in optimal shape without up-selling. Recently we decided that a new system was required for our home. Keats recommended the right sized system and a fair price AND installed the system with a few days. Chris worked well into the evening to ensure the new system was installed and optimized. He left the work area cleaner that when he started! I highly recommend this small, locally owned HVAC company. If there was 6 stars they'd deserve them!

Our thermostat kept reporting to check the furnace. We had replaced the filter and it still kept alerting, so we contacted Keats and Chris came out to diagnose the issue. He quickly wired the thermostat and inspected the furnace. We found the motor was an issue and would need to be replaced, we decided to replace the furnace instead, and Chris replaced the unit the same day. He explained all of the issues and our options and was very professional. We will only be using Keats in the future!

Highly recommend! Chris, the owner and service guy, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He came out at short notice and gave straightforward answers when he could have tried to get me to spend more money. He was open in communication. His staff were also friendly and helpful. Its nice to work with a down to earth, locally-owned small business. We will definitely call him for future HVAC needs.

AC unit in the backyard went out called him and got an appointment for the same day. He actually came earlier then expected which was great. When I asked questions he explained what the part did and why its important in a way as someone who isn't in this line of work would understand which helped me understand. Pricing was fair for the parts and labor as his doing nearly and I actually think ALL the work by himself, which is insane but props to him! My AC unit WILL have to be replaced just can't do it right now cause I need to save up for it, but I will definitely be going through Chris for when I have the time and money to replace it. I will be recommending this company to everyone who needs help with their AC or heating.

Chris came out on such short notice when our heater went out. I called and within minutes he was at our house. He laid out what all our options were and installed both an A/C and heater quickly. Definitely go with Keats over bigger companies if you want fast and quality work. We appreciate everything he did for us!

This is a fabulous company, my furnace went out. He was here the same day and got it running. I'm very satisfied with this company.

Monday at 10:40 AM, I called to schedule service as our heat went out over the weekend. He was able to come out in less than and hour to repair! Super friendly, polite , large dog friendly as well as fair priced. I highly recommend! I will definitely use him again in the future.

Keats was referred by my family and I cannot say enough how easy he made everything. He is honest, takes the time to explain, and clearly the best choice. I bought my house a couple years ago and he was honest about everything. Keeping that thing running as long as we could, we eventually needed to replace our 19 year old furnace.
