K9Cuisine helped me to find a comparable replacement dog food when the product I had been using for 10+ years was no longer available. Their suggestion has enabled my dog to stay in good health with no skin problems. The online order capability makes it easy to place my orders.

Easy ordering, my produce arrived when I expected it to. The only thing I would have appreciated would have been an expected delivery date or form of tracking that was easy to find (I never found it, but I'm not saying it doesn't exist). I even got a surprise in my box!!

This is a shout out to K9 Cuisine employee Margaret W! I had called K9 Cuisine because I was unable to find my dog's food brand specific flavor for the price I had been getting it at, and decided that I would switch the flavor for $20 less a bag (same brand). However, in order to properly mix and ease him into a new flavor, I would need enough of the "old flavor". Margaret responded to my call, and I asked her how long it would take to receive the new flavor bag. She assured me the order would ship within 24 hours, and the next morning she emailed me to say that the tracking number had posted. Sure enough, I received the bag the day after her email, in time to properly mix the two flavors over the course of a week, and was SURPRISED to see that she had also included a small bag of my dog's old flavor just in case, to assist us with the mixing process. This was completely unexpected, and it really warmed my heart to know that K9Cuisine and Margaret cared enough about my dog's well being to give us that gift. I know how much those small bags cost, and that was a generous gift. I ALSO hadn't even THOUGHT to purchase a small bag myself (I'm always so fixated on buying the largest bags of food!) and Margaret floored me by simply throwing it in the box, whereas she could've suggested that I PURCHASE one at the time of our phone call. Again, it didn't even dawn on me at the time. I was missing the forest for the trees. Thank you, Margaret W, and K9Cuisine for your foresight, insight and generosity. We'll be repeat customers for sure!!

Great customer service and very friendly. We use auto-ship and ran out of food a bit sooner than we had anticipated. I called to move up my ship date and they processed it immediately without any hassle and we received it 2 days later. They also stock the brand we like to feed our dogs. I highly recommend K9Cuisine.

Wide selection of dog food, chewy stopped stocking the dog food I prefer for my German shepherd so I had to seek another vendor that did. My only gripe is the shipping as only being compared to chewys shipping which was 2 days I think k9 cuisine took 4-5 days.

A great source for high-quality dog food! The customer service staff always send a confirmation email before mailing out auto-shipments, so that it is very easy to modify, delay, or even cancel an auto-ship order without any hassle. A great customer experience!

My first order arrived damaged. This was due to local FedEx who has damaged other orders from Amazon. K9Cuisine was very helpful and Their customer service was very quick to respond and able to help. The bag of food was perfect and my dog loves it. I will be ordering all my future food from here. Highly recommended!

First time purchasing my Natural Planet Rabbit and Salmon Entree for my dog with K 9 Cuisine. This particular food is sometimes hard to find. I ordered the food no problem and was delivered within couple of days. Very happy with easy ordering on website. Will order again. Gave it five stars.

I order 30 pounds worth of food, it arrived in three days, solid packaging. Very pleased and will be ordering again. I ordered 3 more times since the first review. Still good service, shipping, and prices. EDIT: We've ordered several times more and still happy with the price, service and delivery.

I love K9Cuisine! I found this company when my former pet supply company (Chewy) failed to ship my cat's food even though we were on auto delivery with them for months. I had to do an emergency search and K9Cuisine was one of the only companies that had the food in stock. On top of that, they shipped it so quickly that it was received before I ran out of food! I've been with this company for over a year now and they consistently provide 5-star service. I highly recommend K9Cuisine!
