Owner retaliates with a negative review on a professional page because they received a deserving negative review due to taking credit card information and never calling to inform that they will not be showing up with the bounce house rental. Eight months after I left a review they found my public page and left me 1 star when they have never worked with me. It’s pretty petty and I would never want someone like that taking care of my child.

My son just started there and I am SO impressed! They keep him engaged all day! His last provider had lulls in time where there wasn't productivity. He comes home talking about all of the cool things he did and is truly tired because hes just so busy. I am so happy we made the switch. And Jill the Site Director is awesome!!! I highly recommend this daycare!!!

Jumping jax is one of the worst daycares. The owner only cares about herself and the money. They knows that it is under staffed yet she continues to accept more kids. I quit working there because they would leave me by myself a lot with a lot of kids. During the day we would have 20+ kids and only 2 teachers sometimes 3 but mostly always 2. And there were a lot of accidents because there was a lot of kids for only 2 teachers. A few days before I quit there was an influenza outbreak because if the employees children got sick they would not get sent home they would let them stay because they did not have enough teachers to cover. Poor kids had to stay there all day sick. It’s not a good daycare and people don’t last long working there. They don’t even have enough food for the kids especially snacks. I did not want to say anything because I was scared of the owner because she’s quick to lie and does not care and she don't like when people tell the truth. I feel worse for the kids that have to stay there. If you really love your child please find another day care for them as soon as possible. There are a lot more things wrong with this day care but people have already started to notice by their personal experiences.

My cousin's daughter--only two years old--was bitten by another child at this daycare more than once. She was bleeding and now has scars. The staff should've prevented this from occurring in the first place, and especially should have prevented it from happening again. An infection could develop from a bite. The staff at this place should not care for any child because they clearly are unable to. Their responses to negative reviews are also extremely unprofessional, immature, and petty. This is not the way a "business"--if it can even be called that--should act. It is most definitely not the place someone should have their child cared for at.

There were multiple times I dropped off my child and they weren’t at the appropriate ratio of teachers to kids. I kept getting excuses from office staff when I brought up the ratios. My child was constantly sick when she started here... so was the entire staff and kids. I witnessed a teacher blow her own nose in a Kleenex, and then while keeping the dirty Kleenex in her hand scoop out fruit for breakfast for the kids. In two short months my daughter had two bouts of ear infections, hand foot and mouth, pink eye, most likely adenovirus, constant lethargy and cold symptoms. She developed an enlarged spleen from her fighting off all the infections. The place smelled like poop at all times. The outside playground ground consisted of tiny rocks... every time I picked up my child her shoes were full of rocks. I asked if the teachers could empty her shoes when she came inside and they never did. She was walking around with rocks in her shoes all day. I asked the staff if they could cut the grapes they were feeding my 15 month old. The girl looked at me dumbfounded and had no idea grapes were a choking hazard. They were giving my child whole grapes and not cutting them. One day my child had the worst diaper rash I ever seen. They didn’t even tell us... we found out when we got home and changed her diaper. It was so bad we almost took her to to urgent care. I’ve witnessed the owner talk down to her employees. We quickly found another place for my daughter. I had too many negative experiences about this place and can’t believe they are still in business. My child was only there for 2.5 months. We jumped at the chance to get her into another daycare.

My son Liam goes there and he loves it. I was nervous of trying to find the right daycare who would love my son as much as I do, and this place is the PERFECT place for your child to be. They are so warm and inviting and they do a lot of fun stuff with the children. the owner is an amazing person along with ALL the daycare staff. All I can say is don't knock it till you try it! You'll be the one missing out on a GREAT daycare.

My daughter loves the staff and I have felt comfortable with them caring for my daughter since she was 3 months old and now as a toddler she has learned so much and is always happy during drop offs and pick up time. I love the procare app and how they always send little updates on the activities my daughter is doing and when her diaper has been changed, etc.

dirty daycare. Staff doesn’t know how to care for children. I worked there for maybe a month max and never got paid for my last two days there. Don’t send your child here ever. if i could give Zero stars i would.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I paid them the checks and they told me did not go through. I talked to my bank and the checks did go through and that they have the money they tried to run the check twice to get more money from me.

There are so many reasons I want to rate this is zero and stop other people from sending their kids to this daycare, especially if they are at all vulnerable health-wise, but I'll stick to the top one. After communicating our babies' needs (premature infants) and having the staff communicate there protocols multiple times (both my spouse and I checked at least twice after beginning care), we were told that staff wash the bottles between every feeding and sanitize them at the end of every day. At the end of our first week, already feeling a little bit odd and having to ask them to not put the diapers on so tight that they cut one of our babies thighs raw, we got the bottles back as photographed below. They didn't ask us to bring a new bottles. I offered and they said you don't have to, we rinse them. To which I clarified, "No, you wash them between feeds and sanitize them right?" The lead teacher in the room said yes we wash them. I said I will take the bottles home anyway and bring new ones start of next week. When I got home to wash them, the photo below is what I saw. Mold all over the anticolic piece. For 5 days, they fed our babies mold. The worst part is they're not even malicious, they're just dangerous. I reported to DHHS and DHHS contacted department of health. There were so many moments where my spouse and I both weren't sure if we were overreacting and being just new nervous parents, And now that we are at a new daycare, I can't believe we ever trusted these people and this facility with our kids. All we wanted was somewhere safe and loving.
