Called last week to find out how come the machines in my building weren't working on the debit card like they usually do. Left to work order. Haven't heard a thing. Tried to call today to find out they closed early. So much for service

I had just purchased a new pair of shorts for 39.00 and a polo for 32.99. That with a Hurley t shirt and a sweater went in to the washer and came out ruined. Originally speaking with them was told if I could produce receipts for the two newer items they would be refunded for what I paid. That should also include the tax I had to pay on items. The sweater was a little older she told me 35.00 as that’s what she had found it online for and $20 on the tshirt. I sent the receipts over, tried to tell me the shorts were 26.00 when it clearly shows that was 40% off the shorts that were originally 65.00(paid 39.00 as 40% off of $65 is $39) do the math. Told me now 27.00 on the sweater, and $2.00 on the tshirt. Furthermore after asking questions, they don’t clean their machines, they expect the people that use them to do it,(not a huge fan of cleaning other peoples messes especially when I don’t know how clean that person is) plus the machines look they are about 25+ years old and clean like they are old. Ruined almost $200 worth of close, they want to pay me less than half, and want to keep the clothing.

They never answer the phone. My apartment complex regularly is without working washing machines. We pay extra to have in building units, and they're always broken. As of now, they've been broken for a week and a half, and nothing has been done. As a health care either, I MUST have clean uniforms and the like. It's impossible to keep myself in clean clothes because they don't do anything. Do. Not. Use. Them.

Jetz provides laundry service to my building. The washers are frequently broken, and out of 6 available floors, 3 or fewer actually work. Last service call done on one of our washing machines reported to have fixed a spin cycle issue, only to discover it was still producing sopping wet clothes. Called 4 times to report it, but each time was disconnected before speaking with anyone.

I'm very pleased with the service that our apartment complex City View Apartment here in Omaha, Nebraska is receiving from Jetz Service Company. I called them today and I spoke to one of their employees, and she was very pleasant and professional on the telephone ☎️ this morning 🌄. Hopefully Jezt Service Company will be able to repaired some of our washers and dryers that are out of order downstairs in our laundry room 😀.

5 machines I’m Westbrook tower. 220 some feet tall building. 5 machines. Almost always 3 of them out of order and on the weekend horrible.

To expensive. $2.00 a wash and $1.75 a dry. If ur going to raise the price than at least give Timbercrest Apartments on Bluff St. a bigger washer and dryer so we get our moneys worth. Just not worth it. Laundry mat is still 1.50 to wash and $0.50 to dry for 20 min.

The dryer in my building has been broken for almost all year. I've called numerous times with zero response. No response from emails, calls, or online work orders.

Very unprofessional and not prompt. The washing machines in my building have been broken for almost 2 months now! I’ve called three times to put in a work the last month and a half. The lady was not honest and said that a worker had been out to fix the machine, and when I told her that it was not fixed she said that she would put in another order…. I have called to check on that order and no one answers the phone, VERY ANNOYING! Why am I taking loads of laundry to a laundromat every week and I have a washer and dryer right next-door to my apartment? I would like to be able to utilize my washer and dryer in my building before it starts getting cold outside! Who wants to drag their children AND a families laundry pile out of the house in freezing weather?
