Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was rude and disinterested.

Rooms were nice and clean. The meeting rooms were adequate and the staff was great. My two issues: the elevator was EXTREMELY slow, and the stairs were essentially for emergencies only; second, the fan in the meeting room was so loud it was hard to hear the presenter. If the stairs were available, I would've given 5 stars.

We stayed here as a respite from our RV for 3 days. Plenty of parking for our RV in the RV area at no charge as we “dry camped” and did not need or use their RV park amenities. Room had a horrible odor when we first entered- it was in the bathroom so we left the fan running in the bathroom most of the time. Finally realized it was emitting from the shower curtain. Beds were comfortable and had great bed linens. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and quick to help and supply additional coffee, creamer and toiletries if needed. Hotel adjoins The Horseshoe Casino.

The room size and decor was good and pictures matched what we received. However, the pillows were very uncomfortable and the water pressure in the shower was very low. In addition, the lady checking us in misspoke and said breakfast was free. When we went to get breakfast we found out that it wasn't. Overall it was a nice stay but did not live up to the experience we expected for the price.

Thank you to staff at Hilton Garden Inn - The staff was amazing to accommodate our class reunion - We were a large group and the front desk staff and esp Shane the shuttle driver was very accommodating and good to us. We were given the best treatment by staff Our air conditioning in room was subpar. Moved us to a new room. Not great there either. But everyone else rooms seems to be good ... we would stay again for the staff and treatment alone ....

The hotel itself is very nice, good location, connected to a casino. My 3 night visit was bittersweet. I loved my spacious room, but the first night the AC unit stopped blowing cold air so I slept above the covers. I told the front desk early the next morning and upon my return, it was back in business for night 2. Then it was night 3 and I got to my room and everything was fine. I decided to go to the casino for a few hours. Upon return, the air stopped blowing cold yet again. Called the front desk and instead of sending maintenance at 10pm, they decided I should switch rooms. So, tired, I had to pack up my belongings and move to another room. Much much smaller. But hey, the air worked. The when I checked out I saw my folio and each night was around $35 more per night than when I booked.

Excellent facilities that offer the private escape of a Hilton Family Hotel, loaded with amenities like the Horshoe Casino, a 24 hour sandwich shop and even a Bass Pro Shop all within a short walking distance. The staff were amazing and ensured every need was met. The room and facilities were spotless and offered all the necessary added options for a short or long stay. The breakfast was amazing with both made-to-order omelettes and a line consisting of a vast array of breakfast foods to ensure you get your fill for the day. The pool was nice in that it had a nice gradual slope to the deep end, allowing my 4 y/o to really build her confidence in the water while also allowing us a little more freedom to relax at the edge of the pool while keeping an eye out. One last point would be that, despite a massive wedding party that was being held at the hotel concurrently with our stay, there was very little, if any, interference with the regular guests and the party was kept at a respectful time through the night.

My wife and I stayed there a couple of weeks ago for the first time. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was courteous and extremely pleasant. The breakfast Sunday morning was amazing. It is a very nice hotel. My wife and I had a good time at the hotel and casino and I could see us making future road trips to do it all over again.

I expected more from a Hilton, especially one that supposed to be a premier hotel connected to a casino. The front desk check in clerk looked a little annoyed, like I was interrupting her Youtube watching at midnight when I was tired and just wanted to get everyone into their rooms after our flight, but I did have some questions. In my room, the shower leaked and had obvious signs of water damage. (I did tell the front desk upon check out so the next guest won't have to deal with it hopefully) In the other room, the jet tub did not work correctly, and YES they waited until it was filled... The next morning, they wanted to charge us $80 for a "breakfast buffet" (which was laughable) for 10 people when I'd get a better value out of McDonalds. I honestly expected more, and I kind of understand with Covid and all, but definitely did not get the value for the money I paid for the 2 King Suites and felt like I could have just stayed at a Motel 8 and gotten the same thing. I probably will be removing this hotel off my list of Hiltons. I will say that the rooms were adequately cleaned though, which should be a standard, not an achievement, which their survey seemed to be very concerned about. (Covid hysteria remnants more than likely) I might give it another chance in a couple of years, but right now, avoid this place until they get their S!&T together.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. They are always willing to assist guests and they do it with a smile
