Hilton Garden Inn Omaha Downtown/Old Market Area

Place was dirty and way too small for the price. On top of everything else they charged me for a smoking fee when they never found evidence of smoking in the room or let alone told us about the fee prior to checking in. Seems like a poorly run establishment.

Nice hotel but the bed had old mattresses and old stained pillows. Both of which were hard and superbly uncomfortable ..the road noise in the morning is also quite loud. Friendly staff but that was the only plus

Hotel room was nice. Staff seems new ....and did not let me know total charges to my debit card. Other concerns...no shuttle service I can stay at the Marriott downtown for less and get a shuttle to the airport. Just my thoughts.

Great location and good hotel. The breakfasts are solid and it it nice to have Spencer’s on site. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Parking garage is a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle.

I really wish I could give this hotel zero stars. If your a ministry stay far away. Several employees swarmed my mom and accused her of being homeless. She showed their room key and they still tried to say she wasn’t a guest. They did not even try to apologize. I had to reach out and the manager was so rude. She completely blamed us. It was an error on their end. I will never stay at a Hilton again. I felt so unsafe and violated.

John, Kassandra and Greg, really make the difference. I was treated great since my arrival and really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and well prepared, the bathroom CLEAN and towels were clean and fluffy. In general terms, the employees are really focused on Customer Service, congratulations to the entire team.

Stayed during NCAA volleyball championships. We were bumped to this hotel from our original booking and I'd rather have stayed at the other hotel for the extra 30 bucks. The rooms were fine, but for the price I should expect the bathrooms to be nicer. The breakfast bar was basic and honestly the only warm offering was a bucket of warmed oatmeal. A glorified super 8. So, eh? Wouldn't probably choose here again.

Great hotel! Very clean rooms, the staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are cooked to order. Spencer's for Steaks & Chops is attached to the lobby and is one of the best steak houses in Omaha. My coworker and I ate there, and it was truly one of the best meals I've ever had. Parking (in their parking garage) can be an issue if there are city events happening, but was typically not problematic. The Gene Leahy Mall (a green space and park next to the river) is adjacent to the hotel and recently opened in July 2022. It is a great place to walk, relax and just enjoy some quiet time in the Old Market District. I still have multiple visits upcoming to Omaha over the next few months and I look forward to staying here again!

No complaints. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring downtown and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance to visit. It’s also near a huge park that’s even expanding and will be amazing when complete. I really enjoyed my stay in downtown Omaha and am glad I trusted all the reviews of the other hotels and chose this one.

Service was great, very clean rooms, decent breakfast made to order, location super convenient! Was in town for wedding at another venue so didn’t get to try Spencer’s steakhouse but they were recommended by locals. Hotel front desk staff was friendly, professional, efficient.., and welcoming! Really nice hotel for a good price! Made the visit very pleasant.
