Hawaii Nails

After being charged $10 additional for Gel, I returned once more. I was told 20 min wait. I waited 45 minutes instead. I then asked for a specific price before beginning. As I was not happy with the quote, I left without service. Upon leaving an initial review of 1 star with no explanation, I was replied to by the owner personally attacking me for choosing to leave. No concerns were addressed in person by Hawaii nails. Instead Michelle waited until I posted a review to verbally attack me. In the future, try and be professional addressing criticism. You own a company where customer service is key. Be Blessed.

My mom and i have been trying to find a great place to get out nails done. We went here about two weeks ago and the service was fantastic. The only complaint that we had was the recptionist was rude. We will definitely be back today if i can get us appointments this morning

Since I moved here in Omaha 2yrs ago I’ve been looking for a nail salon that I can be comfortable with and happy with the service. I found it! Thanks to Hawaii nails! They make sure they take their time to clean your nails as well as with nail designing and most of all they’re not that expensive. Thank you Michelle for your patience

Service was amazing, I was unsatisfied with the last nail place I went to. I was told to come here and they made me feel welcome. The you g lady who did my nails was gentle & made sure everything was perfectly done. I will be back

I got my feet done their a bit pricey on the feet but I'll try my nails next time and see how that goes. They were very nice

Very unprofessional place! Said I didn’t like the nails and got escorted out by this very rude man! To make matters worst he racially profiled me!! I do not recommend this place to nobody! DO NOT COME HERE!

I've never had a pedicure or manicure before and googled nail spots. This spot came up with great reviews and I decided to give them a try.... I made a FANTASTIC decision. Reasonably priced and the pedicure felt amazing. Quick and relaxing, I will definitely be back. :)

Great place for nails and waxing! Friendly staff and clean salon. Appointments aren't necessary but I would recommend calling before you walk in. My gel manicure usually lasts several weeks.

I came here for the first time to get a dip manicure with tips. First of the lady who my appointment was with passed me on to another staff to do my nails right away. Then I spent about 1.5 hours in the salon, which isn’t a problem and $50 later. My nails were drastically different lengths and then then next morning I had 4 of my nails break off. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and have never had this happen. I was very disappointed at the results. Especially for being in the salon as long as I was. They did fix my nails the next day for free but I am still a little disappointed as they still are uneven in length and have sharp edges and that it was my treat to myself for my birthday and it’s just not as enjoyable in appearance or experience as I would have liked. They didn’t even seem to care that I was disappointed. Now to top it off the owner begins to criticize me! I have spent 1.5-2 hrs in a salon getting my nails don’t the time isn’t the issue. The issue comes when I spend 1.5 hrs getting my nails done they shouldn’t fall off the next day. And they should be relatively the same length. I’ve had my nails done long enough and worked in jobs where I’ve been rough on my hands and still not had my nails fall off the next day, and then to accuse me of lying about it is unacceptable
