HappyNest Laundry Service

Omaha Happy Nest Laundry service is AMAZING!! It has truly helped our family so much and is such a treat and HUGE time saver! We send all of our laundry combined in a laundry bag they provide. When you first sign up you give them all your preferences (ie. separate all women's, mens and kids clothes by size, hang all clothes on hangers, expect for pjs, gym clothes, sort all socks, etc) then you get to pick your laundry soap and dryer preferences. They send us a text reminder when they are scheduled to to pick up and/or drop off laundry the night before and morning of. Then they send a message when it’s actually picked up or dropped off! The system is SO USER friendly! You can easily change pick-up or drop off times or dates! I also love that there is NO contract to sign. So you can cancel anytime or pick-up when life is to busy for laundry!!!! They always have everything sorted perfectly. It literally only takes me 5 minutes to hang and put away clothes in all four of our closets. It feels great to check laundry off the list in 5 minutes!!! No laundry piles, no spending our days digging for socks while we are trying to run out the door! It’s been amazing and we couldn’t thank them enough for all their time and attention! I also love how all the drivers are so sweet each week and check in with our family♥️ Seriously TRY IT OUT! You won’t be sorry!

Communication is key with HappyNest. They notify me when to have my laundry ready for pickup and when it will be coming back to me. The choices of detergent and treatment method are clearly presented on their website. I am very happy with the entire process of working with HappyNest.

Love how well our laundry was done and that I got to pick the products used! Our washer broke and this was a great service while we waited for repairs. However, now we will be using it weekly so this working mom can get some of her time and sanity back. Thank you Happy Nest!

Love this service! I use it mainly for my bulky, comforters and such. Super easy to use, efficient, I get clean laundry the very next day! They keep me up to date via text. I highly recommend it!

Customer support was very helpful in answering all of our questions before the first pickup. The service itself was excellent, picked up off our porch 11am on Wednesday, dropped off Thursday at 11am. Everything was bagged and folded, button down shirts were all pressed and bagged on hangers. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Worth the price of not having to do laundry 5 times a week to keep up with 2 teenage kids and ourselves.

I have used Happy nest for over a year now. I love it. They pick up your laundry at any location and deliver clean laundry folded and hung up ready to put away! I don't ever want to buy a washer dryer again!!

They treated my laundry better than my mom. My shirts were returned on hangars. They followed my instructions to the letter and remembered to add Downey for a throw blanket. I couldn’t have gotten it so fresh! They could improve their website to help customers better understand the cost. They weigh your clothes so be aware if sending anything damp or wet. I’ll definitely use again!

With a pending surgery which will limit my ability to lift, knowing Happy Nest has a pickup/wash/dry/return laundry service has lifted a big weight off of my shoulders. The cost is very affordable, has a 24 hour turn around time and even provides special bags to put your clothes in. The staff is very accommodating, friendly and professional. My clean laundry was folded better than when I do it! On a special note, Amanda is a guardian angel!

This was my first experience with a laundry service. My clothes were picked by my front door, and returned 24 hours later, washed and neatly folded. I appreciate that I could choose what products were used. They offer a wide selection, including what I would use at home. The price was reasonable. I will be using this service again.
