We had a wedding party there, some for 4 days, some just a night. The front desk was great and very helpful with all of our questions. All of the staff were great and very helpful. Great location to the venues, baseball stadium and restraunts. Parking is tight, but this is downtown Omaha.... Thank You

We came down just to go shopping but was really looking forward to a nice warm time in the hot tub after walking all day . Turns out they gave our room away had to stay in a king room with 3 of us . Go down to the pool maintenance had the door open in the winter time and it was freezing inside the pool area not only that the hot tub didn’t even work ! The breakfast they ran out of waffle mix and didn’t wanna make more. Most hotels keep up on their food for their customers . And the food was cold and gross , Ya live and ya learn . 🤷🏾‍♀️

Its a great location, and the hotel itself was pretty up to date. But not so great on cleanliness. The shower drain didn't drain very well, had to shower in standing water. There were make up splatters and smears on the bathroom walls and door. There were chunks of dirt on the floor between the beds. Found cereal on the top of the air conditioner. It smelt kind of odd the whole stay but couldn't figure out why until we were packing to leave. There was trash and a rotten, moldy peach under the bed skirt. The front desk couldn't do much for us because her manager wasn't there. Not certain we will stay there again.

Great location. Disappointed that my refrigerator was broken and lost some food because of it. Called for another one, said maintenance would stop down, they never came and no use of a fridge for the rest of the stay. Bathroom needs a freshen up, poor calling and lots of dust on the bottom of the outside of the shower and in the lights above the sink. The morning breakfast lady was an excellent employee. She was friendly, asked to take empty plates and hummed when she walked. At checkout informed the gal 9/10/22 about no one coming and her response was we only have one maintenance person. Thought she would have taken something off. Don't stay in Room 146.

Love that they have a kitchen and full size fridge. Also enjoy the two room king suite pullout bed was good for my daughter and we both were able to watch our own TV. Breakfast options are always good. Will stay here again They could have thicker comforters.

Nice modern hotel with disappointing details that add up. Room servicing is inconsistent: they still have a sign on the mirror indicating housekeeping is only by request from COVID times, but housekeeping definitely entered my room multiple times -- but only did partial tasks. One day my bed was made and that's it; day 2 nothing (and I was out of coffee); day 3 my towels and coffee were replaced but bed untouched. There were dirty shoe prints in the bathroom when I arrived. The shower water pressure is PATHETIC, it's not much more than those water misters on hot patios. But at least the air conditioner is just the right white noise and allows fan running constantly for sleep, that's huge. Digital key only worked a few times. The only coffee in the lobby is Light Roast, and they move the coffee from the lobby into the kitchen during breakfast so you have to go navigate the crowd when you just want a cup on your way out the door - buy more carafes! Location is okay - 20 minute walk to Old Market neighborhood, but there are a few nearby offerings.

I have never checked in and then almost immediately checked back out of a hotel before this one, and I've also never posted a review of a hotel before. This place was absolutely filthy. I am almost positive that the first room they put us in hadn't even been cleaned with the exception of (maybe) changing the sheets. Hair all over the bathroom, garbage on the floor around the bed, on and on. I called down to the front desk and asked for a different room. The front desk attendant gave us another room with no question and was nice enough. The next room was a bit better. Stepped outside heading to our vehicle for dinner and see that the ground around the back door is covered in literally hundreds of cigarette butts. Flower pots overflowing with them and garbage everywhere. I called another hotel to see if they had a availability for our 4 days and then went and grabbed our stuff from the room. When we got back to the front desk, I told the woman that we would like to check out and not be charged for the room. She just said ok and that was it. No questions about why we were leaving or any attempt to ask us to stay. Makes me think that this is something normal that happens. We went a half mile away to a beautiful hotel downtown and payed the same price there for our 4 night stay.

Location was good. It is downtown and not far from Old Market, Orpheum and casinos. We stayed on a Friday night. Took a while to get checked in with only 1 person in front of us. Guest in front was given like a welcome bag with a couple of bottles of water. We were not offered that and by the time we got checked in we didn't think to ask about it. We went out for the evening and got back kind of late. When we returned there were no spots to park in the parking lot. Had to park down the street and walk to hotel in the dark which was kind of scary. The room was nice, but had an old fashioned heating/cooling unit instead of a thermostat. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The coffee in the room was all decaf, which was a disappointment to my husband who needed his caffeine. The bed was comfortable but it was not worth the (approx $160) price. There was a lot of noise outside the hotel, sounded like garbage trucks. We will not be staying here again. It just didn't compare to other places we have stayed.

The room was not up to par. The room was not properly cared for. (Lights not working, dirty towels, beds without skirt, blinds not working, metal piece sticking out from bed). I reserved a king bed and received two double beds. After calling the front desk and someone fixing the blind...I was offered another room for the next day. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating. The hotel itself needs some work esthetically. The new room was much better !

We have been here multiple times, most have been good. Good- Very accessible to Creighton University. Walking distance from the stadium and arena. Breakfast attendant is on top of everything. He was super polite, made sure everything was clean and filled. Genuinely good person. They have water and coffee at all times by the front desk. They do have a pool and a hot tub. Bad- They charge you $10 for parking per night, which would be fine if there was enough parking for everyone at the hotel, but if you can't find parking in the lot ( and you usually can't unless you park in the morning and don't move your car), then you have to go down and wait at the desk to fight with them to remove the parking fee. This can cause the front desk to seem a little disgruntled. The rooms are not as clean as they could be. (Aug 2022 was definitely the worst) Other- It's close to the airport, Creighton and the Riverwalk. Not super accessible to restaurants or shops without driving.
