Great Clips

Went in for to get my mullet shaped up and everything was going fine until the lady decided she was done. She asked if everything looked okay and then told me that it looked how it was supposed to look when I said things looked off... I told her I would have to wait for it to dry a little to see how it would look then (because it was choppy and uneven in a bad way) and she snipped a little bit of "texture" and asked me again if I was done without even giving it any time to dry and to let me look again. I was being apprehensive and clearly not content with how my hair looked, but this woman was trying to rush me out so I didn't want to make her keep cutting my hair when she clearly didn't want to. Still tipped and really wish I didn't because now that it's dry and I've had a chance to actually look at it, I can see all of the stuff she messed up and was trying to hide. Overall bad experience, wouldn't recommend.

I used to like going here, but as of late they're closed 3 days a week. And open up very-late. Making it very hard for people with late-mid-day jobs to get a haircut there. Why are you doing that?

This location used to be a nice place to go, people was friendly , helpfully and you in and out quick. But as of late it is more close than open, why keep the place operating if there is more closed days than open days. Then a note on the door says that this stylist is over at this location and that one over there. Close this location and let them then work at the other locations.

They are patient with my kids, did a great job with their hair cuts.

ITheir app on my iPhone stopped working, so had to call. Was told that I didn’t have a good Internet connection – – no. Called, told there were 3 stylists, little wait. Got there, only two. Told not to use the app. C. cut a big, noticeable gouge that I’ll have to hide with a hat till it grows. By all rights, they should pay for my next haircut – – and certainly not there. The absolute worst in cutting hair.

I never had such bad experience with great clips…Racist comments, jokes and behavior… If you are people of color, dont be surprised to wait extra in queue by watching other person behind you to have service first…Horrible experience…

I usually go to a barbershop and not a salon. This was my only real option, though, so I figured if it was bad, I could always go back to a crew cut for a bit. Hard to mess that up. I'm a transgender man, and I've had a really bad time getting haircuts at corporate salons, from snarky comments about my requests, to straight up ignoring what I wanted (nothing complicated - a basic undercut meant to be slicked back, and a boxy fade). Not here. Stylist T. took a glance at my reference photo, nodded, and had me ready for a wonderful NYE looking very handsome in fifteen minutes for under fifty dollars (after I tipped 100 percent). The energy in the shop was very friendly and my hair (thick and fine, with a distinct curl pattern - have had many, many stylists wet my hair and comb it straight, which results in a bad cut) was handled correctly, and with appropriate products. If I can't get in with my barber, I will absolutely be back. Thank you so much for making me feel and look great.
