The dental visit was great.doctor Smith and Jo Jo his dental assistant are assume. Very nice clean facility.i was in and out in an hour. Kim the check out lady. even handle all the insurance stuff.i didn't have to do any paper work,looking forward to returning to get the dental cleaning done. I have been to a few different dental places in Omaha but these people are the best. Check them out you'll be 😁😊

I have been going to GotSmile Dental for some years and I love it. The staff is great and of course Lisa-Dental Hygienist who is wonderful and is always informative on dental hygiene. She is patient and very kind and takes great care of my teeth. Dr.Smith is awesome! I really enjoy going to GotSmile Dental, great staff and fantastic music they play to keep you happy.

Very good experience. I was a new patient with an emergency dental problem. Got an appointment for the next day. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Doctor Smith was great. First, got to know me and my pain. He told me about his background. He did what was needed to alleviate the pain. I highly recommend this dental office.

OMG...I was in so much pain..(don't tell anyone but I might have cried... alittle)...I was told I had to wait til the next day...(which would be tomorrow) but instead I was called later on in the day (today) and asked if I could come in sooner and have my teeth looked at the same day!! I would recommend this team to anyone, and that's what they are is a team! You can't say that about many places of business, they may try to be but not like this office!! I've been going to Dr Mark Smith since I can remember, actually my whole family has, and we are nothing but satisfied!! Thank you for making all of our smiles as beautiful as they can be!!

I cannot say enough good things about this office. The receptionist’s are amazing, the hygienist was Amazing, as well as Dr. Smith. They make you feel so Welcome and Comfortable. They also have a wonderful dental plan for anyone that does not have dental insurance. It pays for itself after just one visit. I will be a lifelong patient.

This Office is so absolutely amazing, and kind. I’m so extremely grateful to be referred here, and have this wonderful team, and dentist. Wish more places were like this for healthcare needs.

There are not enough words that I can say about this place. I moved back to Omaha after 28 years in Florida (I know I know). Well it took me 2 years to finally find Dr. Smith. I have great teeth and only needed x-rays and cleaning! His staff are totally awesome and personable (absolutely loved loved loved) my experience today with all of them!! I can’t wait to go back in 6 months.

I have to drive quite a distance to get to the Got Smile Dental Group, but it’s worth it! Dr. Smith has given us wonderful care for several years. His dental assistants and office employees are great - and always caring and friendly. I gladly make the drive from northwest Omaha.

My hygienist Janelle is super! She has a way of putting me at ease. Let’s face it, going to the dentist isn’t an experience we all look forward to. Janelle is gentle and considerate of my comfort. My dentist Mark Smith is a soft spoken guy who also puts me at ease. I’d highly recommend Got Smile!
