Hostile and Unfriendly Tech named Amy!!!!!!! I’ve never been met with so much hostility in a nail shop before. The nail tech, Amy who did my nails was absolutely awful to me. She had a very poor attitude, complained about what I wanted and in general was very unfriendly, unfeeling and down right RUDE. I was tense and uncomfortable the whole time. She yelled at the front desk girl because I assumed she thought I was going to not pay. I left no tip and will NEVER return.

I’ve went there multiple times first 3 times it was a good experience a little overpriced but i paid it anyways. I went a month ago to get a fill i called and they said $35 for a fill, i got there and all i wanted was white french tips i got charged $85 for a fill. fast forward to now my nails have been falling off which i expect but i went to soak one of my nails off and half of my real nail ripped off also. A day later I see that another one of the acrylics is ripping my real nail off so once I take off the acrylic half of my nail will rip off also. 2 of my real nails are half ripped off and will take 6 months to regrow. do not recommend if you don’t want your real nails to rip off.

Went here because 3 of us needed last minute mani and pedi for wedding that day and they could take us all within 20 minutes. The smell was strong - glad I still had my mask 😷 … but the huge staff were all nice and worked fast. Constant stream of customers! It was Saturday noon do really busy! Lots of Asian decor mixed with kinda tacky other stuff… not the cleanest nor neatest, but fast.

Had a pedicure there. I sat for the polish to dry for quite a while because my daughter was getting acrylics. The polish still smudged. And my daughter had one of her nails slightly crooked when we left. She didn't tell me until later. And customer service was just okay. I don't think the lady that checked me out said anything. Prices are about the same and it's kinda small.

Horrible! Awful! Nails lasted 3 days. Chipped shellac. Other places last 5 weeks. Acrylic fill and shellac done by Amy. Then salon would not honor chip shellac on 5 nails after 3 days. Charged me 20.00 after argument. Don’t recommend. Rude people. Customer service was horrible I had no choice but to pay the 20.00 because they only wanted to fix 5 nails that chipped on 3 days not all of them…I don’t remember the color it wouldn’t of matched and the others would chip sooner then later too ..they wanted me to wait for Amy to fix it. She never showed waited 30 minutes. Why is it my problem that someone you employ is not properly applying shellac? Ridiculous! Don’t waist your money! Plenty of other places. I told them fine charge me 20.00 and I’ll write a bad review on you and never come back! They truly didn’t care. Why the heck would anyone support this place after that?

My recent experience was not good at first but the owner corrected it after about 30 minutes. Once I received help from Sunny, I was very satisfied with the outcome. My nails looked amazing.

I went for the first time yesterday and I asked for ombré dip. They look really good except for the fact that they look like I have had them done for a week because they shaved the backs of the polish off so there’s a space between the skin and dip. Also some of the staff was very unprofessional, one girl got there for the day took her sandal off and threw it at another girl laughing and then chased eachother into the bathroom. You can see the gap in the photo and I just got them done, it shouldn’t look like they’ve been done for a while after just walking out of the salon. The ombré looks great and is what I asked for compared to picture.

I went here for my first time today and Jenny did and AMAZING job! Perfect apex, super smooth and 0 nicks or burning on my nails. 10/10 recommend going to see her!

I was a first time client but unfortunately this will be my last time as well. My nail tech was warm and friendly so that why I gave the 2 stars because he was great. But we had to stop in the middle because A ROACH was crawling across the nail station! What in the ghetto is this?! And my nail tech just laughed it off but I was disgusted. But I also couldn’t get up and leave with my nails halfway done so I shut up and watched him grab the roach by the antenna and flick it away. (Gags) Also, even though my tech was a nice guy, the acrylic did not connect to my cuticle and there was a sizable gap between the acrylic and my nail bed that is making me get a fill after 1 week instead of 2.
