Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers

All staff at this facility are professionals of high order. Mia at the front desk was always willing to work with me and my schedule, very welcoming. The PT assistants were highly trained and always worked in tandem with the doctors of PT. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Dr’s Krista and Derek for their high level of expertise and listening to me and my symptoms to help guide me to 100% recovery. I respect doctors who are honest and provide medical explanation regarding what is physiologically happing to your body and why they are applying a particular treatment. Nothing is a mystery at this place. I am so grate for the staff at this facility and as a result I now live pain free.

Was unable to walk for 2 months due to a fall injury leaving me with 2 fractures and a terribly damaged ACL and meniscus. Surgery and about 12 weeks of physical therapy at this amazing place!!! Such wonderful staff! Very understanding and helpful and made me reach my goals!

I came to Fyzical due to an Achilles injury. At that point, I had constant pain and a limp. My doctor recommended FYZICAL and I am so glad they did! The therapists I mainly worked with were Drew, Jon and student Dillon. They were very kind and professional. Overall, I had physical therapy for 10 weeks. The turning point in my recovery was having dry needling done on my calf. I immediately felt stronger in that leg. About a week later, I was virtually pain free. I also really liked how technology was used to assist with therapy and healing. Thank you so much for making me feel better!!

I can't say enough about this place. Both Scott and Tanner had my shoulder in tip top shape within 5 weeks. I loved the dry needling--don't hesitate to try them out!!

The therapists were good at explaining things and personalizing the exercises to my particular problem and abilities. They made it fun and the time passed quickly at each appointment. I highly recommend Fyzical for orthopedic needs to all.

Words can’t describe how much this team has changed my life. A few months ago I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and suffered a concussion among other injuries, all which left me with debilitating symptoms and deficits. I couldn’t function in my every day life, and emotionally I was absolutely distraught. From my first phone conversation with Courtney I knew this place would be great. She clearly explained the process of setting up my initial appointment and what to expect. Her calm and welcoming demeanor was comforting. Every day I come in she greets me with a smile, explains all of the paperwork so thoroughly, and works hard to accommodate appointments that work with my schedule. Nicki, Drew, and John have been wonderful during physical therapy. They are kind, compassionate, empathetic, and the best cheerleaders! Whether it’s a bad day and I’m crying in pain or a good day and I’ve met a small goal they are always as encouraging and reassuring as possible. They are truly invested in my well-being and never make me feel like “just another patient”. The speech therapist John is just as wonderful. They have the perfect balance of validating my feelings and concerns regarding the recovery process and associated pains or frustrations and encouraging me to do my best and keep pushing forward. I couldn’t recommend a more qualified and compassionate team of individuals to trust with rehabilitation. They are the absolute best! I’m still on the road to recovery, and it’s exhausting, but knowing I have such a wonderful team with me every step of the way has made such a big difference in my life!

Karri at the Bellevue location has been great to work with. She did a comprehensive beginning exam checking many things to make sure that she was not only treating my obvious symptoms, but she was also screening for larger issues and continued to test to make sure I was improving throughout my treatment.

Great people very professional, making sure that you succeed and get back to where you need to be. My shoulder never felt better. Thank you all.
