Absolutely recommend! Everything was delicious - steaks were cooked/seasoned well and super tender, sides were yummy, cocktails were wonderfully balanced, and dessert was just to die for. Definitely a reasonably priced place for the amazing food and drinks. Plus, our server, Jameria, was super sweet!

My server somewhat of a good job she did keep my glass full but some in the group she did not. Service did take sometime to get our food.Lunch brunch burger was cooked to what I like. But, the loaded baked potato had so much salt on it was like taking a spoon full of salt and putting in my mouth. I got it replaced and went the tots much better. The manager did not come to see how the food tasted. Was not offer by the server to take some off the bill. I got pictures to show how much salt was caked on. Thats way they only got two stars.

I came here for diner on Valentine's Day with my fiance and really was a great night. I had made a reservation for 9:30 and we got a table immediately. It was also a booth one in the corner which was nice. The server was really nice and accommodating to all the requests. I ordered a grilled steak tenderloin salad and asked to switch out the mixed greens for spinach and tomatoes for jicama. She definitely delivered on both of those. The salad was perfect! Steak cooked perfectly medium, very generous amount of spinach and jicama as well. The blue cheese and balsamic dressing went so well with everything on the plate. I really enjoyed this meal. My fiancee ordered the slow roasted prime rib also in medium. His was also cooked well and he said that herbs and pepper crust really was good. For the side he got the broccoli which was also -no surpise- cooked just perfect. Very tender and just right. The meat went very well with the horseradish on the side as well. We also got the side of Southwest Au Gratin potatoes to share. The cheesiness here was on point! It was also freshly baked because we saw the steam coming through. He also ordered the Siesta Sangria with Moscato and Mango Rum. This was one amazing drink! I could have had it in one sip; It was so smooth and just perfectly flavored. I'm not a fan of strong alcohol and this was very very nice.

My husband really enjoys this steakhouse franchise so I was eager to try it as well. We made online reservations, and we’re seated immediately upon arrival which was really nice. The server was friendly and gave me some great options for drinks. She was very prompt on her service too. My son enjoyed his steak and fries, and my husband really enjoyed his blue cheese steak and lobster. I on the other hand was somewhat not as impressed with my steak and shrimp for the price I paid. Everything tasted nicely, but I felt it was a little over priced in my opinion. I defiantly will stay open minded and try again with a different menu item next time.

This place is classy! We made a reservation and we’re checked in right away. First we started with the chicken tortilla soup, Chicken was so flavorable!most the time chicken can be bland and and get lost inside the soup, all the spices were very pleasant. And perfect amount of spice. Then we had the Caesar salad! Omg best Iv ever had they had Spicy croutons with the salad such a great mix with the fresh in-house Caesar dressing. I do wish they would’ve waited to bring our main entry till after we were done with our appetizers. Steak was very delicious with a butter crusted top.

Sorry for the partially eaten food pics. It smelled so good we could hardly wait. My husband and I went for lunch yesterday and were totally impressed. The last time we had been here was in 2015 since moving back to the area in 2021 and the quality was still as exceptional as it was then. They are consistent in menu and preparation quality as well as wait staff. Always a good experience. Price points are decent and the menu items are well-balanced and full of flavor. I went with the red snapper dinner portion which includes shrimp accompanied by a wild grain pilaf. Very delectable. My husband went with the salmon salad with the cilantro lime vinaigrette and inhaled it. He talked about it all day. Needless to say it was a great lunch idea and quick getaway.

Firebirds is a "must go" for us when we are in Nebraska. The food is always incredibly delicious and the environment is fun and social. Caitlin and the rest of the Firebirds team went above and beyond to ensure our evening was memorable. They are truly a great representation of Midwest hospitality and the compassionate human spirit. Our sincerest gratitude Firebirds 💚💙

We (myself and three kids) stopped here for lunch after visiting Nebraska Medicine from out of town. This was a first visit for us. We arrived about 11:25 am on May 5th, and there were only a couple cars in the lot. They had just opened at 11:00 am. By noon, the restaurant had filled up for the most part. If you're looking for a buzzing crowd for lunch, this is not it. The environment is pretty low-key and cozy. They even have a fireplace going near the bar, which was great on a rainy day. There were small plates on the table when we arrived, which I had to ask our waitress about after she brought our drinks. They were for complimentary bread and butter, which she then offered to bring out. This would be helpful to tell guests, as not everyone is a "regular" and knows this when ordering food. Our food came out in a reasonable time. I do think it was a bit overpriced. It would be nice to see a lunch menu with more options, as there wasn't much to pick from, especially if you don't want beef or fish. I joked with my kids that I wish I could order from the kids menu. There was a good selection on there, and more "lunch" pricing, at $6 - $8 a meal. I ended up ordering the Ranch Rings, which was just a large stack of onion rings with ranch. My daughter's fish tacos were supposed to be without the coleslaw and Pico on top, but came with everything. She didn't want to wait, so just scraped it all off. I LOVE that they had biodegradable straws for drinks. My kids thought that was the coolest thing also. We have had some rough experiences with the paper straws, so this was a great option to see being used in its place. Overall, a cool place. I would say it's a bit on the "upscale" side of restaurants for lunch. Side note: I asked the bartender when taking pictures if she wanted to be in my picture and she was so excited to be! It was fun to see, and she was so nice. I didn't catch her name, but she was wonderful!

My wife and I ate here for the first time a couple weeks ago. The food was good and drinks were really good. For food we had started the evening with the Deviled Eggs, man were they tasty! I would highly recommend. For the main course my wife selected the Pineapple Chicken and let me tell you, this chicken was super juicy! I was very impressed! I selected the Cilantro-Grilled Chicken. I usually don’t pick chicken at restaurants because I like to try something. Out of the box. I picked this dish because it was listed as a “Specialty “ dish. It was honestly very good! I was impressed overall. The only “complaint” I have about the experience was it was freezing in the restaurant. I asked our waitress if they may be able to turn the heat up a touch or a/c down a little and she said “yeah, I wish.” Oh well, I blew it off and we wore our jackets. The waitress just acted like she didn’t want to be their. I get it, we all have those days, but when you are in customer experience you can’t let it show. We honestly wanted to eat and get out at that point. I would give it another try after I am done exploring the plethora of other restaurants in the city!

First time visiting Firebirds and it became my favorite immediately. The bar was set up beautifully. Clean open kitchen. Very friendly service. Went with my family. Ordered wings and bacon deviled eggs for appetizers. Wings were cooked just right with a very tasty sauce; deviled eggs are the best we have ever tasted ! For entrees, we ordered garlic roasted sirloin, cajun sirloin, pineapple chicken, tacos. The steaks were marinated with so much flavor. We will definitely visit often. Highly recommend !
