Enterprise Car Sales

This is the second vehicle We have purchased from Enterprise car sales in Omaha. This is the second time we have been very impressed with the folks who sold me the vehicle. Dan J listened to what my wife and I wanted. No hassle, fast friendly. We had a good idea of what we wanted and Enterprise provided a vehicle at the price we were looking for with more features than we were expecting. This will not be our last Enterprise car sales purchase.

Just purchased a vehicle through them yesterday, 12/2/20 and I have to say that my experience was absolutely phenomenal. My sales guy was Matt Schommer & he was very hands on & incredibly knowledgeable. I'd just had a horrible experience the day prior, 12/1/20 with CARMAX & to come here the next day & have the appropriate service & professionalism & beyond was such a delight! Matt I seriously appreciate your promptness and how easy you made the ENTIRE PROCESS! CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE PURCHASING A VEHICLE.

From start to finish, the customer service was beyond exceptional. Matt, Josh and Angelic were not only dedicated and proficient professionals, they made me feel like I was their only customer. Matt was impressively quick to respond to my initial inquiry, and consistently maintained that same high level of prompt and courteous service throughout the sale. He took the time to listen to and prioritize my needs, and delivered exactly what I asked for. There was no attempt to persuade or talk me into or out of, anything. We dealt only with the facts, including price range, and he was very honest and upfront about what he had to offer. No time was wasted being shown cars that didn't meet my criteria or that were outside of my price range. During my purchase, he even assisted in helping me to get a better rate on car insurance! Josh expertly handled all things financing and service agreement related and explained next and future steps. Angelic drove to Lincoln and met me at the DMV for vehicle inspection, and then stayed with me through the entire process of licensing and registration! Because I was apprehensive about having bought a used car, I took it to a reputable mechanic for inspection right after I bought it. The mechanic immediately put my mind at ease and assured me I'd made a great buying decision. I was told they couldn't believe how clean and well maintained the car was, and better yet, they couldn't believe the great price I'd paid for it. I couldn't be happier about my purchase from Enterprise Car Sales.

Dan was the most polite car salesman I have ever met. I needed a vehicle ASAP as my last one went out on me. Not only did he reach out the same evening I inquired. The next evening he brought the vehicle to my home so I didn’t have to take time off work. He was able to get me approved the same day and I picked the vehicle up later that week. It only took approximately 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I am completely impressed with Enterprise car sales! I worked with Matt and he made my entire experience easy and much less stressful. He was very responsive to all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and well taken care of. And, my new car is in perfect shape and I absolutely love it!

Lorena and Tyler were absolute rock stars in helping with the purchase of my new car. I have never had a car buying experience so efficient in my life! I loved my car shopping experience here! Dan was incredibly helpful. I was looking for a car following a not-at-fault accident and Dan made sure to find a car that met my needs and stayed within my (albeit small) budget! He was not pushy but was incredibly personable. Dan wasn’t in it just for the sales and he answered all my questions. Not to mention he was also a funny guy. I’d recommend purchasing from the Enterprise on L Street to anyone in search for a new (to you) used car!

The whole experience with Enterprise Car Sales was great. our car was shipped in timely at a reasonable price. We traded a vehicle in and received a fair trade-in value.
