For being an emergency dental office they're in no hurry to get you in and out. My 1st visit I had an appointment at 9am, didn't get seen by anyone for 30 minutes then after the mean assistant was finished I waited another hour before anyone even took a look at my teeth and then figured out payment and then another hour of waiting. 3 1/2 hours later I finally got 3 teeth extracted. Had to call them a few days later because the dentist left some of the tooth implanted into my gums and had to go back to get it cut out. Won't ever go back because of the lack of compassion, after care, and communication that this place has towards patients. I gave 1 star because they did get me an appointment on my time.

1st visit ever, and just left from getting my root canal/temp crown done on my extremely painful molar. I wasn't sure to expect going in, but I left with high satisfaction - Dr. Belling did an awesome surgical job, Lena and the rest of the staff treated me with professionalism , courteousness, and Ifeel so much better already. Looking forward to getting my crown in a couple weeks, and I'm going to have my routine care done there from now on.

Wendy was an excellent assistant , doctor Pieper was very nice and did a great job but the processing of getting in the chair was a bit of a headache. They don’t have enough staff that actually know what they’re doing, they need to highly reconsider who they’re allowing to hire new employees because from what I seen there’s only 2, maybe 3 people that can keep this place running the way it has been. Aside from that, I do recommend this office!

Everyone was very nice from the receptionist to the dentist. Dr. Tobler, Wendy and Rachel were all very nice and helpful. Although it was a very busy day, the staff was apologetic for the wait and honest with me. They made a not so fun thing tolerable and I was pleased with the results of my procedure.

I was a walk in. They were able to work with me around there appts and more urgent emergencies. The staff was friendly and fun. Everyone had a good sense of humor. They removed a broken tooth for me. Price is high but that might be normal in dentistry. My only issue is no one informed me that carbonated drinks can cause a dry socket. All the other info given to me has been very informative.

Was having a terrible time with a wisdom tooth and noone, anywhere, could get me in but these guys managed to squeeze me in and help. Dentist did about as good a job as someone could! Wendy was the absolute best though! I don't really feel comfortable in dentist offices but shes really smart and confident so she made the whole thing relaxing and chill!

My husband had a chipped tooth and we were told that he could arrive at about 745. We arrived early and were sent texts to fill out the paperwork to be seen. In the process it became too late to have the dentist even see him and they had not received confirmation of our insurance yet. We left and were told to come back the next day. My husband did and paid the $85 for the exam and X-rays. He was told that our insurance was not open so he would have to pay $380 upfront and they would reimburse us after insurance paid their portion but it could take up to 2 weeks for the authorization. We have great insurance and have never paid out of pocket until the insurance allocated the amount that is contracted for the procedures and paid the portion insurance will pay for said procedure. No they want to charge a patient and get their money prior to the amounts that have already contracted with the insurance for which leaves a patient with few options for recourse. I am reporting this to my insurance company as if they are unwilling to wait for payment after insurance review it is highly likely that there is something wrong with their business model. I am aware there is a difference in emergency dentistry and that of a typical dentist visit but there are contractual agreements for all dentists if the insurance is accepted at the clinic. Update: We went to a regular dentist that reviewed the issue and stated that the cost of the tooth repair without insurance would have been about $197….with insurance it was $57. Glad we declined to pay the $380!!!

Came in because my son had an accident and knocked his front tooth out. Not only was my son physically hurting but emotionally and mentally was hurting because of his physical appearance of being only 15 years old and his front permanent tooth was out. They fixed my sons tooth quick. I Highly would recommend, as soon as me and my son walked in we were greeted with smiles. The receptions were very helpful and kind and made us feel comfortable. The doctor himself was also pleasant and reassure my sons safety and comfortablness. I love these guys for what they did for us. They were definitely a blessing to us. Thank you thank you thank you

The people who work here are some of the SWEETEST people I've met. I felt so safe and comfortable. Bailey and Dr. Trent was the BEST. Bailey was beyond sweet and took such care of me. Making me feel like I'm living at my mom's house but like when my mom was super parental and kind. Dr. Trent took my bad boys out SO FAST it was GREAT! And he also made me feel comfortable and he made me laugh and he was just so good. If I need to I will for sure be coming back.

Dr. Piper and his Assistant Wendy were wonderful. I came in for an emergency appointment due to an accident. I chipped off half a tooth, pulled the other front tooth down and fractured a third tooth. The two of them made sure I was comfortable, informed and provided me with temporary teeth until my new ones are available to be put in at the end of the month. I am very grateful for their service especially on the last day of 2021.
