Love, love, love their carne asada! Their complimentary chips and salsa is great as well! My torta was the size of the plate! : )

It was ok . I had got enchiladas but did not like the cheese they used so I told waitress and she took the plate. I asker for tacos instead. But when it was time to pay they charged me for the enchiladas plate and I denied to pay.. Not gonna pay for something that I did not like. Waitress was like your gonna pay because nothing was wrong with it. I said I'm not gonna pay for something I'm not gonna enjoy. She replied nothing was wrong with them so your gonna pay. I said no I'm not She asked her boss and they let it go Not trying to be rude I just couldn't eat it. Not my type of cheese but now I know.. I'm pretty sure that they trow alot of food away and yet I know next time to check what comes with meal.

If I could leave a lower review I would. This Place up charged me $40 hoping i wouldn’t notice which is exactly what happen. So I called down to see how we could resolve this and was greeted with the outmost disrespect. Told me I was not able to talk to any one in management and when I finally got them to agree to transfer me to someone that was in management and they hung up. I called back of course upset again and they acted like they had no idea. Horrible staff and horrible place. And the food was terrible as well more like a 2 star on the food so a tad better than their service but the 1 star is deserved based on the overall satisfaction of this place. Will not be back.

Delicious authentic Mexican food. Quick service. They're one of the better restaurants in South O. My favorite is the menudo and delicious pozole on the weekends.

We stopped in at this restaurant, if you want Authentic Mexican food do not stop here. Also my taco meat was rotten tasting. The server said they were just changing out the morning meat. Bring some Mexican into the food, and it might be good.

Outstanding burrito! Stuffed full with meat, cheese, beans, lettuce, tomato, onions, and green peppers. Dine in and they serve chips, red and green salsa, and pickled peppers. The burrito was huge! Will come back in a few days when I'm hungry again.

El Ranchito is by far the BEST authentic Mexican restaurant around! The food & service is fantastic and always consistent! This would be why they have been in business 25+ years! It's rather small inside but, very clean with really nice & friendly wait staff. If you're looking for some place fancy, this may not be for you. If you are looking for a delicious quality meal ... Here's the place to be! It is always OUTSTANDING and I honestly can't say enough good things about this little gem in South Omaha. Reasonably priced with generous portions. It's a winnner in my book!
