Good food while watching monkeys. If you are looking for a place to eat at the zoo you should stop here. It's step up resturant style so you get your food on a tray they pay.

Normally the food is good but on Friday November 5th the burgers were burnt and the fries were half cooked. I was pretty sad because normally I look forward to the food at the treetops especially when they are one of the only eateries available in winter at the zoo but definitely not on Friday.

I was surprised by the quality of the food. Normally in my experience at zoos/museums the food is decent or garbage. Here I had a double cheeseburger and it tasted just like a normal restaurant. My only complaint was that the process of getting through the line was slow. It was like a cafeteria in school where you go through a line and say what you want. The thing is if you wait 75% of the line you might get to the prepackaged wraps/sides and decide to grab those instead of waiting for the grill items. Then you just wasted your time.

Had a double cheeseburger with the gluten free bun and fries. I have celiac disease and did not have any reactions. Good burger and no cross contamination!

Wonderful place for a quick lunch at the Zoo. Over looks the Lied Jungle. But food could be much better.

Inefficient staff taking orders, one by one. Waiting in line and not even acknowledged. For the prices and quality, I would definately just wait until you leave the zoo grounds. Great zoo experience, terrible meal experience.

Bought a burger for 9.50 on Monday which does not include a side or drink. Almost $10 and it was disgusting. It was burnt and extremely dry. It was definitely not a toddler and stroller friendly place because everything is scattered there. It was really hard for me to carry the tray of our poorly cooked food while pushing a stroller and holding a 2.5 year olds hand. I for sure won't be going to this place again

For the experience of seeing the jungle i give the location 5 stars! But for the quality of the food I'd give 1 star. It just wasn't Good. Fries were undercooked and flavorless, burger was very bland and dry, and the Mac and cheese was just meh.

The views are amazing. You can sit by the window and look into the rainforest exhibit. However, the food severely lacks. I had a burger with fries and a side of soup. The soup was BOILING hot which is great for the cold by bad for my tongue but it at least tasted decent. The burger on the other hand was dry and lacking any seasoning. It was also cold and just felt overcooked. Like they cook patties in bulk then leave it in a barely on warmer til its ordered. Fries were stale, no salt, and again pretty cold. Don't recommend eating here honestly. It's also SOOOOO expensive.

They have Gluten free options! Was super happy about this. Had the Cheeseburger with gf bun and fries. I'm not Celiac, just gluten sensitive. No issues.
