Amazing owner and staff! They did an awesome job with my girlfriends' nails and were very personable and fun to be around.

Horrible customer service. No communication the whole time I was sitting in the chair.. no hi how is your day or anything, so that was awkward to just sit there in silence the whole time.. when I asked for a star design I was told no.. I was a little thrown off (because it is a very easy design) and said "you can't do this basic line star design?" she said she could but it wouldn't look anything like the picture I had shown her... so I was going to take the risk and said ok just do what you can do... then she said it was going to be $20 extra!! I was blown away and said no thank you i'm fine with just the color then.. On top of that when it was time to pay.... I got charged $5 extra for getting 2 different colors (one main color and one accent color) My nails are an average medium length, but I got charged $5 extra because my nails are "long". None of this was mentioned until it was time to pay. My final total for a shellac fill was $40 for just a basic fill and painting. I will never return to this salon and will recommend people go elsewhere so you don't get jipped for your money on things that other salons wouldn't ever charge for. I've attached photos so you can see what "long" is to them and what the design was that I asked for.

Lina did an amazing job with my pedicure and she gave an amazing foot message. This place clean, elegant, and has so many nail color choices.

Loved the girls and Techs have awesome talent. 50 mile round trip and so worth every mile. I’ve had long designed nails for 10 yrs and THIS IS MY NEW SALON. Thank you ladies.

What a wonderful place. The owner was lovely and actually did most of my pedicure herself. My nails turned out beautiful and I couldn’t be more happy. The entire experience was very relaxing. The salon is incredibly clean and welcoming. Staff are friendly and very talented. If I could give it 10 stars I would. I will definitely be back again.

finding a nail salon can be very tough. I love nail art and I love knowing that I’m going to get it good service every time I come. I can gladly say that my first experience at this nail salon was amazing. Simon was very attentive. He paid attention to what I wanted in the design. And I really appreciated that he talked to me during the process. I always find myself at nail salons and it’s very awkward to just sit there in silence. I really appreciated the owner as well asking to check if everything was going good! overall i would say 10/10. good service!! :) and will be going back again!!!!! 💅🏽

SUCH a great experience! Great service and AWESOME nails! Came here on a whim with some girls from work, they accommodated 5 of us on short notice and did great work. Will be switching here permanently from my regular salon - it was THAT good, and cheaper too!

ABSOLUTELY RUDE. They do not need your business and will gladly let you know. I called to add a child for polish only (to our previously scheduled appointment for 4) and she kept calling it a manicure. I called back seconds after speaking to her to check the price for polish only and she would not answer until I called from a different number. When she did answer, I expressed to her that I found that to be rude and she said she was cancelling our appointment although the rest of my group HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH OUR conversation. My friend who made the appointment called to salvage her part of the appointment and the lady told her "Nope, I don't want drama"! Until she mentioned her stepmother was a long time client, the entire rudeness dropped. Unreal! They are a joke and have no clue how to treat a potential client. I truly feel the only reason she was mad was because she looked down on the fact I only wanted polishfor a 6 yr. Old. Save yourself the headache! We need a zero star Google, this business truly does not deserve 1 star! TO THE RESPONSE: - I have never, nor will I ever "yell" at someone in the service industry. You're a lier and are mad cause I called you out on you're rudeness and your games. Trust me, no sleep lost here cause we aren't "welcome" there.

I have been coming to Deluxe Nails & Spa for YEARS. Ever since Simon and Lina left the mall. I've been Simon's client for over 15 years now and his wife does my pedis. I have NEVER experienced rudeness of any kind as some of these reviews are implying. And for the new owner, Gaii.. love her.. You know who's this is. ❤️

Simon was a fantastic nail tech. He assisted me to glow in the dark colors that are absolutely beautiful and has great mannerism and knows how to hold a conversation. Definitely coming back in the future and going to request Simon.
