Delta dental has the best customer service and network that I’ve ever had. I’m glad my employer chose Delta dental as our new carrier!

Lousy user-unfriendly website. Worse benefits. Save your $ in a savings account and spend it on dental services instead of lining these people's pockets! We pay $1400.00 a year for $1000.00 in coverage of services...and then dentists inflate costs for those covered by so called insurance. Getting way less than our $$ worth! We will be canceling the very first chance we get... since you also can't "cancel anytime"... you must have a qualifying event (not even sure what that is) or it be during the companies open enrollment....

Benefits were supposed to be reactivated the first.... It's now the 15th, and they're telling the dentist our insurance was termed because for some reason it's taking over 15 days to update our file? They sure took the money from the employer though. Had to miss my appointment I've been waiting for and just be miserable. These guys are a joke. First time we've needed to use the benefits and can't even get any use out of the money we've been paying.

This company is a scam!!! They refuse to pay out claims for dependents on your plan. It’s always an excuse that they never received claim yet the dentist will show you the denial letter they sent. Don’t pay into this company because you won’t get anything back except representatives lying to you on the phone saying “yes that dependent is on here so there is no problem; just resubmit because we never received it.” You tell them well I have the denial letter - “that’s because dentist submitted wrong.” Just be honest and say you aren’t gonna pay it so we can call it a day and move on.
