Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The staff are very friendly. During busy hours the drive through line can get long. However, they work as fast as they can and it shows. They always apologize for long waits. They've also never made a mistake in my order. I always go to this DQ even though there is one closer to where I live.

They don't have sprinkles. Very slow service.

I was in the dining area as a young lady came in for an interview. I proceeded to watch the interviewing manager be extremely rude to the girl and blame her for them currently have a low staff as she sent people home “not anticipating” the interview. She then aggressively pointed out everything that was wrong on her resume and was completely unwilling to work with the young lady even though this was only her second job. That type of behavior was unacceptable and I feel bad for the poor young lady who clearly wanted to help but from the start she was treated with disrespect. I do not work for this company but I would not recommend people to apply and work with the poor management I witnessed today.

It was alright. Did the whole dine in thing. It's sad how that's going away, isn't it? Parking lot is a little narrow for hooking into a spot.

They were busy. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru pull ahead spot, they had run out of ranch, and got our order wrong. The fries were not fresh and our blizzards half melted. What a dissappoinment.

Never had a hood experience at this location. From the long wait, to incorrect orders (every single time) this location has no idea what they are doing! I got dinner for my family only to find that they messed up every part of the order except for the parts that they just didn't include. Called to speak with a manager about it, but she was too busy so I was assured she would call me back, she never did. Do NOT get a cake from here if you need anything written on it, the writing will look like a 10 year old boy's chicken scratch, EVERY SINGLE TIME!!

Today I went to the grill and chill near 144th and center. It was a disaster. The food was fresh however, the store was an absolute mess. The counters had dried ice cream on them. They opened the cooler and I noticed the bottom was absolutely disgusting. The lady working the register was not overly friendly and shirt was a mess. I almost did not allow her to make our blizzards. My cookie dough blizzard also only had a total of 6 pieces of cookie dough in it. Tables were dirty and anything I could see from the register into the kitchen was disgusting. I will not be back to this Dairy Queen until it has been cleaned and those workers are talked to. That is just poor training.

In the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for fresh fries. When we received them they were not even completely cooked. Wife's chicken strips were overdone, and I ordered a 1/2 lb burger and was charged for it, but received a single. Blizzards were good and the dog got a cup, but for $24, I at least expect the order to be right.

Only Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to that won’t swap out a sundae for a cone on the $6 meal deal even tho they’re the exact same price. The lady was also giving attitude at the window. Not going back to this Dairy Queen ever.

Store was dirty. Was having a big issue with ex employee. Cashier did the best she could. Needs a good cleanup on the floor behind the counter and the ice cream topping area.
