*Edit 6/16/22 - UPDATE - It has been 4 weeks. I posted this same review on various sites - Yelp, Facebook, BBB, Angi, etc... I have not received a phone call from this company and if by some chance they called, I have zero voicemails from D&K. No one from the company has even replied to this review. Again this is my experience, but it reinforces my original review, this company does not care. ** Original Review ** I called this past Monday to set up a technician visit. I spoke with Kathy and said someone would be out on Wednesday or Thursday also it could be sooner as crews were working quickly. I received a call from Kathy on Wednesday (today) morning stating that the first available time would now be the following Tuesday. She stated there has been an influx of maintenance/warranty customers and they are priority. So this company gave me a day when they would be out, a few days later changed it to almost a week later, and essentially told me that other people are more important than me. Very frustrating when my AC is not working, now I have wasted a few days and find a new company to work with. This is just my experience with one person. I cannot speak to how the work of this company is. However my experience is this company does not honor their commitments and value other people over me.

Furnace went out and they were able to get there by the next day. They were early for the appointment and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes.

We are very pleased with are experience using D&K. Joe was our sales rep who helped us pick out our unit. Was clear, honest, and explained things well. Could text him directly with any questions we had. The installation crew did a great job every thing looks and works great. Their office staff are always helpful with scheduling and answering questions. They had to come a few different times as we had whole new HVAC put in in the middle of winter. Every technician that has come out has been knowledgeable and personable. Prices were fair and slightly lower then a few other companies we looked at. Plan to continue to use them for years to come and would recommend them to friends and family.

Absolutely amazing service! I had Burton come out for a heating issue and they tried telling me I needed a whole new system and shut my system off. I have a 5 year old at home and to have my furnace shut off is not an option. Thank Goodness my co-worker told me about D & K. They came out right away and diagnosed it as a sensor issue. I used them again for my A/C a couple weeks later and it was promptly fixed as well with no issues. They will be getting my business from here on out! Highly recommend!

D&K replaced our old Goodman HVAC system with a new Carrier system. Their prices were reasonable and came under several other local companies. Install was quick and comprehensive, highly recommend for any HVAC needs.

I called 4 places after hours on Fathers Day. It’s a big ask, I get it. After being gone all day, we came home to an 85 degree house. I had pre-purchased “emergency service plans” at 2 different area companies. Neither would or could help, and one was flat out rude. I moved on and eventually called D&K as a last effort. Amazing response, amazing service! Briar came out and fixed the issue that other companies couldn’t figure out. He was kind and helpful. We will call them every time! They’ve won my business! Well done.

A highly recommended heating and air conditioning company in Omaha Nebraska. Recommended by other professionals in the trade. I would only work with a couple of companies and DK is one of them. Just my opinion.

I have been using this company since 2011! Anytime anything goes wrong with my HVAC system or anything, I just call them and they NEVER disappoint. The service is so amazing. I will never trust another heating and air company more than I trust this one. Absolutely amazing.

I have had the pleasure of using D&K Heating & Air a number of times over the years at my local business. Every time I deal with D&K, from my initial call to schedule through the service technicians, they are EXCELLENT! Jeff was my service tech this morning, and was fantastic from start to finish. They diagnose the problem, and explain it in a way that is understandable. They are personable, timely, efficient, and at a reasonable price. I am a very pleased customer! Thank you D&K! Amy Vacek

I switched to D & K a couple years ago and I wish I had switched sooner! I signed up for a maintenance contract and they have been very easy to work with to get scheduled and the work is far more thorough than my previous company. They don't try to sell me stuff, my tech answers all my questions, gives common sense advice and values my time. I had an AC issue during a really hot week and they moved things around to get someone out fairly quickly. They gave me several options and the different costs so I felt confident about my choice. I have had the same technician each time which is great. I would definitely recommend them.
