I rented a large motorhome. I feel like they went out of their way to accommodate me and my family. I'll be back.

Loved our camping experience! Very disappointed in the follow up help. Had a small claim incident and left behind a child's suitcase that no one from the company can locate. The local rep is very helpful, but no response/communicate from the larger cooperation.

Very much enjoyed our rental from Cruise America in Omaha. Gordon showed us what we needed to know about the 25 foot V10 Ford powered motor home we had reserved we signed a couple papers and he sent us on our way . renting is soooo much cheaper and easier than owning one just to use a few times a year . we will plan to do this again for another vacation

RV leaked and lost 4 night usage due to wet beds and such. RV was dirty on pickup, sticky stuff in fridge, broken screen door latch,and handle on grey tank. 90th st. rental. Omaha,NE.and cruise america does not maintain equipment Very well and Gordon has an excuse for everything. Very hard to get any amount refunded, even turned rv in one day early and was told no refund for that. Do not rent from this place.

Refrigerator never worked the rooftop AC gave out in balmy Nebraska, 5 hours into trip. The unit stunk of cheap cleaner like a motor inn bathroom. And the jail house foam mat that was supposed to be a queen size mattress smelt like human waste. I placed a couple calls. No resolution on Refrigerator or AC and as for the jail house foam mattress I was instructed to "clean it yourself"..........Money wasted

If there was an option for ZERO STARS or a NEGATIVE REVIEW available, that’s what they would get!!! This is by far the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had!!!! We reserved a booking in advance and paid the security deposit. We had to travel over 4 hours one way to pick up the rental RV and on the way the car overheated and we found out we had a cracked radiator. We called and informed them we would be running late due to car issues and kept in contact with them the whole time. We made several calls updating them of our ETA. The business does not close until 5 pm and because we were going to be there at 4:30 vs 4:15 THEY TERMINATED OUR RESERVATION!!!! I AM NOT KIDDING!!! After driving from Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Omaha, Nebraska they terminated our reservation!!! The owner was rude as ever and got mad because we called the corporate location to see if there was anything they could do because the franchise owner was SO UNBELIEVABLY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNACCOMMODATING I couldn’t believe this actually happened!?!?! We traveled for 8 hours for no reason!!! DOO NOT... I REPEAT DOOO NOOOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

My husband called this morning to check on our RV reservation. We are supposed to pick up tomorrow morning. Turns out the unit we have reserved has been out of order in the shop for 2 weeks waiting on parts. No one felt that was important enough to let us know. They failed to secure a back up unit to fulfill our reservation. The 'best' they could do was have a unit available 2 days AFTER our reservation. So not only does this throw everything off but we are also out what we paid for the reserved campsites too. When trying to find out all of the information I could to help suggest possible solutions, I was interrupted, given excuses, talked down to, threatened with cancellation of our reservation, and eventually hung up on. One of the rudest encounters I have ever had and this Gordon, was the whiniest most pathetically unhelpful and disrespectful people I have ever had to deal with. I would rate 0 stars if it was an option. I highly suggest looking elsewhere for your rental needs. Absolutely unacceptable.

Liars and cheats at this location!!! Rented an RV from here for Christmas vacation trip. During the walk through, we noticed and asked specifically about floors and other areas that seemed water damaged and were assured there were no issues. Sorry to say we spent a week in RV where the shower leaked into and under the floor. It was horrible!!! Then the hot/cold water wouldn't work. Then the heat went out! 1-800 customer representatives tried to help. After the trip, we reported it to main company and after MONTHS were finally able to get a partial refund and credit towards future rental. Needless to say, we won't be using this vendor!

Altogether reasonably priced RVs for a nice family trip.
