The coaches here are top notch. They focus on form and technique and offer variations of every exercise so that people of different skill and strength levels can all get a great workout. Everyone is supportive of one another. I've been able to make huge fitness gains in the 5 months I've been working out at Crossfit Viral.

Definitely one of the best decisions we have made for our health has been joining Viral. The coaches and atmosphere are wonderful and our kids also have a new love for fitness thanks to Crossfit Viral!

I've been to many CrossFit gyms in the midwest and this is by far my favorite. The coaches are very knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging. This is the best place to go if you're interested in trying CrossFit or a new exercise regimen---every workout is scaled to your current ability while helping you advance to more challenging movements. The programming, coaching styles, and motivating "CF Family" makes this gym a rarity--the workouts are truly constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensities, guided by excellent coaches in order to maintain safe movement patterns. Viral has a very welcoming and supportive atmosphere. I love the time I get to spend here and I'll always keep coming back.

This gym is awesome, and there is really no other way to put it. They have tons of class time options, plenty of equipment, reasonably priced, and best of all the coaches are amazing. They really take the time to make sure you feel comfortable and that you know what you are doing. I am so glad I joined and can't wait to see my progress over the coming months!

I’ve always been intimidated by CrossFit (and gyms for that matter!) but Viral has been a game changer for me! I leave every workout challenged and the community here is awesome. The coaches are educated and well versed in multiple areas of health and wellness.

My wife and I have gone here for 2 years now, and could not be any happier! The people we workout with and the coaches make this place great. While my wife was pregnant they worked with her extensively to modify every single workout, and I owe this gym a lot of gratitude. Can't wait for my daughter to workout here with me someday :)

This is a great gym! They have coaches that motivate you to become better with every workout. I enjoy the fact that all the workouts have different options for people at every level from beginners to competitors. The gym is clean and there is plenty of space to get your workout in without being on top of one another. I look forward to getting in there every day!

Great CrossFit gym! Trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. They scale the workout to my level. Incredible support from members and trainers to make me feel welcome. Feeling this is a good fit for me!
