Loving this place. I've visited crossfit gyms all over the nation and joined my first CrossFit gym when the games were still at the ranch. The coaching is top notch and the programming and scaling options are well thought out.

This place is great. The coaches are awesome. The people are great too. They can help you improve at your own pace and challenge you to get fit without injury. The coaches are well trained in all aspects of crossfit; weight lifting, aerobics and gymnastics. They teach you proper technique in each area if crossfit.
