The crew at CRAFT Salon in Dundee is the best! Their team-based approach to hair care is unlike anything you’ll experience at another salon in Omaha. You always feel taken care of during your appointment whether you’re getting shampooed during a color or being offered a beverage when you arrive. You get a sense how well they work together right when you walk in the door. Something else unique to CRAFT is their ultra-personalized hair care system, which uses energy codes. They take you through a quick consultation about your hair care needs and challenges to determine the right treatment for you. I had my energy code mapped when CRAFT first introduced the system and received the liquid hair treatment. My hair has NEVER looked better, and I’ve used professional haircare products my whole life. My hair was soft and smooth with unbelievable bounce and volume. I would absolutely recommend CRAFT for all of your hair care needs! They just do things differently. And they have their own parking, which is a total plus when you’re trying to park in Dundee. Go see them!

I can't say enough GREAT THINGS about Nate & Zeb! It's a welcoming atmosphere and they make you feel special and go out of their way to accommodate anything you might need while getting your hair done, no matter the length of the appointment. Not only is this an amazing place to hang out, their work is top notch and I've never been happier with my hair. Won't go anywhere else and will recommend CRAFT all the time, every single time! A+++!

I love coming here because I always feel like my hair health is the number one priority. As someone with dry, wavy, fine, frizzy hair, I always walk out feeling more confident with healthier and stronger hair. They do an amazing job of answering all my questions about products and what I can do to maintain strong healthy hair. There’s a reason why my sisters and mom keep coming back and have been clients for many years!

Need an new hairstyle or color? Craft Salon is where you want to go! I had a fantastic experience there with Zeb and Jess. I never know what type of hair styles to try and Zeb did a great job with making my hair style trendy. Jess has been coloring my hair for awhile and she keeps me looking young. Recently moving back to Omaha I was in need of a salon near where I live and work. After doing some research and reading through reviews I found CRAFT salon and I couldn't find anything less than 4 stars. I figured with reviews like that they would be a good place to start. After experiencing their service first hand I can see why they are ranked so highly. Everyone is so friendly and I love that they are upfront and honest immediately about pricing and time frame for the services you want. They are also great about listening to what you want and following through as well as explaining if certain things will/won't work for your hair type. Stacey and Chelsea worked with me personally and I loved them both but based on what I saw I don't think you will be disappointed with any of the colorist or stylist. I will definitely be returning!

It was my first time getting my hair done ever so I was super picky on which salon to go to. After reading all the great reviews I decided this was the salon to go to and I was not disappointed! This salon truly deserves all of the good reviews. Maggie did my highlights and she did an absolutely stunning job! Chelsea did my cut and style and her work is amazing! Everyone at this salon is super nice, even their customers. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. I’ll be recommending this salon to everyone and will come back again!

First time appointment with Craft Salon, and it was fantastic. From a warm greeting upon entering and even getting a tour. Chelsea was my stylist and she was excellent! Very skilled, beautiful hair cut and a magical scalp massage. The hair products they use are the best smelling products I have ever smelled. I bought two of them. I will most certainly be back. I genuinely think everyone should use my salon... it’s amazing. But if you’re a gal with short hair, you should extra give it a go. They have changed all their pricing to reflect time spent on the hair... so if you’re female with a short hair... you will pay for prices the cost of a cut that reflects less time spent on it... (cheaper as most males pay) instead of up charging you just because you don’t have a penis. Ladies you know what I’m talking about.

From the minute I walked into the salon, I immediately felt at ease with the beauty and organization of the salon along with the friendly staff that greeted me when I walked in the door. Fresh coffee or water was offered right when I sat down, and I love that the stations had zero clutter (great for my OCD)! There are separate stations for coloring and cutting, which I thought was awesome. Each stylist is able to embrace their strengths, whether it's coloring or cutting, and the owner Zeb really helps them improve their skills while working. My hair felt amazing after, I highly recommend going to Olivia for any color needs! My style was perfect after as well I'll definitely be back!
