I realize places are short staffed and try to be patient but we waited over an hour after ordering our food to be served. Many tables who came after us were served before us. At one point, a gentleman came around and said they were backed up in the kitchen but out order would be out soon. After 30 more minutes, I tracked down our waitress and asked if we were getting close and she said she just checked and it would be out soon. She asked if we would like our biscuits and cornbread now and I said yes please since we were all getting very hungry! She brought a basket out with 4 bread plates for a table of 8 people! We waited about 15 more minutes for our food to start coming out--and that took 15 minutes and my husband's food wasn't there. So most of us were over half way through our meal when his finally arrived. Hardly even a 'sorry' muttered by the staff and then the waitress made herself pretty scarce! My food was great but it will be quite awhile before I return to this location unless I have several hours to waste waiting for my food! Very disappointing experience tonight!

Not a good experience. The service was rather poor, had 3 different waitresses at our table, not all our order was delivered, didn't come by to ask how things were until we were about out of coffee, had to flag down a waitress to ask for the rest of our food, grits very cold, food not very good.

The food was delicious 😋 I enjoyed the chicken fried chicken, the cooked apples and their dumplings! Our server was great, she was timely, kind and considerate. I also love the gift shop up front. Will definitely come back for more!

I cannot say enough good things about this Cracker Barrel! Brandon, the Manager, was outstanding! His customer service was so impressive, especially in this day and age where waiting staff is hard to come by. He leads by example. Our waitress was kind, smiled and very helpful. The food was SO good! Very proud of what Brandon is doing!! Gave me a Free Dessert card for bringing in a new customer.

We arrived during lunch rush. We waited in line for about 20 minutes. One of the people we were with had to leave almost immediately. While our waitress took our drink order the issue was brought up. Our server said, "Let me take your order right now and get it in." She stopped what she was doing and put the order in. Less than 10 minutes later it was brought to her in a to-go box. Our server was awesome. The negative, a couple of people had to return their food because it was cool instead of hot. Again, our server apologized and new items were quickly brought out. All in all a good experience.

Great food, service, and atmosphere. Good portions. Favorite one out of all the others between Omaha and Gretna. Worth the drive. Country fried Turkey is always something awesome to look forward to all year round and going to that specific Cracker Barrel because they always make it awesome and so warm n juicy with a side of Hash brown & cheese casserole and steamed broccoli with cheese. 😁

Really good meal at Cracker Barrel ! I had the chicken, cheese brocolli that was Wednesday's special of the day with mac and cheese and beans. Very good! Hubby got the country fried chicken with fried apples, and baked beans. He enjoyed his meal as well! Place was very clean, very pleasant employees there also! The manager came around and asked us if everything was ok, sorry, forget his name, but, our waitress who was still new, was very good and very pleasant! If she didn't know a answer to our questions, she would go find out! Her name is Olivia and it was such a pleasant visit with her waiting on us! Thank you to this Cracker Barrel for a great lunch experience!

I love the food. I always have a great experience with my orders. My last visit, however, was exceptional. The chicken fried chicken was absolutely perfect and the double fudge coca cola cake was DELICIOUS!!! And on top of it, I had a wonderful server by the name of Angelina.

Been to a few Cracker Barrel restaurants and expected so much more. We were hungry and relieved to see the parking lot was not full. It was 10am on Memorial Day Monday. Lots of open spots. There was a host checking people in within five feet of the front door. She asked if there was three of us and we confirmed. She let us know the wait was 15 minutes. We agreed to look around the gift shop. About 15 minutes later our party was called along with four other names. We then stood waiting at the restaurant entrance for another ten minutes or so while other parties were seated. There was only one person seating guests and it seemed like they should have waited to call us because they weren't ready. When he finally seated us, he led us to our table that had 1 menu sitting on it. When I sat in my chair it was broken, I almost fell to the floor and my husband grabbed me another. That's when we started to look around and see the condition of the restaurant. I understand restaurants get messy but this place was filthy. The cracks along the table were filled with gunk and what looked to be months of buildup. The floors were covered in grime like they hadn't been mopped properly in a long time. The lamp on the table was covered in food debris and grime. Even the table had a buildup of residue. That's when we looked up and saw it, a woman sitting at a motorized scooter at a table nearby with her dog on the armrest. Not a service dog, a little dog she was feeding at the table. Our waitress came by within a minute of us being seated and asked us what we wanted to drink. We ordered and she asked us what we wanted to eat. I politely asked for menus. She seemed embarrassed and grabbed them for us. I still couldn't take my eye off the lady feeding her dog in the restaurant. See the picture. The food, biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs and a country-fried steak took 45 minutes to come out. While most of the food was warm, the gravy had cracks from sitting so long. The eggs, ordered over medium were barely cooked. The bacon, burned. The food was bland, the grits were watery and had no flavor. The waitress was busy and never asked us about refills or if we needed anything until we sat for a while just wanting to leave. Finally she came over to offer a refill but my husband just asked for our bill. Even if the food had been perfect, I would worry about ever eating at this location. If the restaurant is this dirty, I worry about the condition of the kitchen. Not to mention, dogs eating at tables.

I had the fried chicken. It came with steak fries, 2 biscuits, and the salad was an upgrade to the 2 side option for an up charge of $2.49. The meal was served unusually fast like Mickie D's fast. The salad was the only part of this meal that seemed to have been made in advance, the bacon bits were clumped together, food was hot, and appeared to be fresh. The chicken was not very meaty but was still filling. You get 4 pcs. Service was mediocre, I had to let the ice melt for some moisture for God's sake! For the price, it's not too bad, but there is definitely room to improve. The gift shop is pretty cool. I fell into that trap as well, got myself a travel mug for $30. It was a fair price from what I have experienced around the country and any of you older folks, did you know they chunky and big hunk candy bars? Haven't seen since I was young and had a full head of teeth 🤣🤣🤣🤣
