This is a terrible customer friendly hotel, i would not more than a motel. Very dirty entrance, rooms too, very dirty corridors. Brought my family for a year end relax, very disappointed. DO NOT recommend.

Facility was not clean, had a refrigerator in the room, was unplugged and moldy. Bathroom sink was not clean, toilet ran, bathroom fan was very loud, shower had poor water pressure. Would not recommend.

This was a flithy disgusting room. The bathroom had used dental floss on the floor, the bathroom floor was covered in dirt, the shampoo bottle was covered in some kind of goop, the television stand was broken so the television was tilted to the side, the heater vent was clean on one side and clogged with dirt/dust on the other and no one answered at the desk when I called to complain. I was literally stuck in this filthy room due to an ice storm. I will never stay or recommend a Radison Country Inn again! The old Motel 8 rooms were cleaner!

First room , the tv didnt work and it smelled like a gym locker room. They gave me another room. Long hair on the shower walls. Nasty. I go to eat the breakfast and couldnt do it. Bugs crawling over the apples. I take a few potatoes. Cold. They just put a bag of potatoes in microwave for 3 mins and put it out. Save yourself the trip

Staff are friendly and helpful, and the price is right; close enough you can almost walk to airport. I’d always choose suite over a hotel room. Other than that, I have not been very impressed with any hotel I’ve stayed in this year betw 1-& $200 per night. They are no longer clean enough, impossible to keep staffed.

I am usually a hotel snob - but needed a last minute hotel near the airport. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff was so nice! Especially the front desk staff. Rooms need updating and the pool was too cold for my 4 yo- but would stay again.

Very friendly staff and welcoming hotel. Breakfast offered many options and the pool and fitness center was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little hard. Free complimentary coffee all day every day!

We had our flight delayed so much that we were going to miss all connecting flights. We had to rebook for the next day. We picked this hotel based on location. They had a "free" shuttle to and from the airport, which was very helpful. There was "free" breakfast, which was very good, with a waffle maker. The room was large and clean. There was no coffee pot with the coffee maker. The shuttle driver informed us that he was driving a, in his opinion, sub par van because the "good" van had been stolen.

Perfect little spot for a quick out of town stay! Came in town for a concert, and needed a nice place to rest after. The front desk staff was so nice! We called in advance to see if we could check in prior to the show, and she made it happen! The room was nice and spacious, as well as clean. The shower was a bit precarious. The ac/heater unit made just enough white noise for us to get an excellent nights sleep without our usual floor fan. The pool looked nice, breakfast was provided in the roomy and nicely decorated lobby area. Such nice staff, too!!
