I came in at 9:30 & YOUR employes almost didn't let me in because it was to late? You close at 11 but it's late? SMH . & to end it off the girl was giving me ugly looks? & had her music up on blast? You need BETTER NICE people unlike that girl with the glasses .

Washed here a couple times.one thing that concerns me is that today i used a machine that was $4.75. Think the problem is after you put in the the money the machine will ask for for 50 extra cents this has happened on the 3 ocations ive been there to do laundry I don't recomend this place

You can no longer dry only for whatever reason. You have to wash in order to dry. Never knew a laundry mat would refuse your money for whatever type of wash or dry you needed to do, but this one will. Just when I thought I found somewhere convenient to go..not anymore! Terrible!

Wow finally found a laundry mate i really liked and because the employee was on me about almost everything i did i will never return! First it was a stoll in the kids play area that i didnt even put in there and they told be i couldnt have it in there, then my son was holding a ball and it fell from his hand 2 times and we were acussed of playing with a ball in the place and was told thats the reason they dont have balls in the laundry mate cause its a safety concerns which i was ok with that if my 16 month old was throwing it around but he was only holding it!

The staff..... terrible!! The place is clean but the young workers in the evening are VERY unprofessional . One guy had his music playing on his phone and it was full of curse words, but he continued to play it loud. I don't see how anyone would want someone like this representing their business. There were children running around and his music was vulgar. Beside this kid, I have nothing bad to say.

Please don't start on your kids. To begin with, we all love our kids, I have a two year old son who is a damn monster too. But let's be honest. You are never gonna find a place that goes more out of their way for kids. There's a little fenced in area with a seperate tv playing kids shows and a whole crapload of toys. Children are a serious liability in a place like this. There's abkut a billion ways an unsupervised child could get hurt. At home is different. You've assessed your area and know wwha they can and cant get hurt on. . If you can't control your kids don't bring them in public. Secondly. This place is awesome. I worked at Wash World in 2010 and that pos refused to put any of his signage in Spanish even in a predominantly hispanic neighborhood. This place has bachata bumpin, tv is in Spanish, and every single printed sign is in Spanish. It is *heart* .*warming* especially in these insane times, to see people embrace multi-culturalism. Mad props to the owners for this. You have no idea how bad racism angers me. Further. The machines are awesome. I do about $30 worth of laundry every week and it comes out ssssssssspaaaaarkling. Like. Really clean. And its super fair on prices, too, dare I say a bit of a steal. I can get a whole huge laundry bag in the huge washer for $8? Yes, thank you, and I feel a tad guilty about it. On top of all of that this place is brightly packed with gleaming plants and vibrantly colored pots and artwork. There is plenty of seating, ample folding space, and a large selection of items in several vending machines. Plus, they sell soap and clorox behind the counter if you forget yours, and theres a box vend, too. AND they have drawings and raffles, and they sell gorgeous laundry totes. Plus the lady is super cool. Shes tough, but then......when have I ever been one to naysay a fellow tough lady. Come do laundry.

Always clean!! I have been to others laundries and I really hate when "parents" can't control their children, but you won't see that behavior here if the parents don't do their job the owner would do it!! I always take my child with me and I don't have any problems plus the owner always give him candy, if you don't like people telling you what to do with your children, then do your job as a parent and tell your children to behave ALWAYS!!.
