Incredible customer service. My wife had an emergency on New Year's Day in the morning, and Dr Chadwell made time to help us WITHIN HOURS!!! Compassionate, competent, professional and a great environment within the office. And they're great with kids too!!

Was not happy with my son's regular dentist so I decided to make a change. Found Chadwell off google and had our first appointment last week and it went fantastic. Granted, my son wasn't the greatest patient due to some bad visits with his previous dentist, they ladies at Chadwell were able to work around his fears and got the cleaning and x-rays done without any issues. I look forward to coming here for a long time.

Dr Chadwell's office provides great care. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable .The office has a great atmosphere. Dr.Chadwell is great,great to talk to and dies excellent work.I have been going to her for years. I highly recommend

Love Dr. Chadwell. Been going for years. Unfortunately, the last 6 month cleaning/check up during Covid, her assistant did not feel the need to wear a mask when greeting me at the front desk, or when bringing me back to the area where my teeth were checked and cleaned. When I asked if they had been vaccinated, she stated they were a small office and danced around the issue. Asked if they are still wearing masks, and she said she will when she assists Dr. Chadwell. Well, my mask was on up until they asked me to remove it. You'd think I'd get the same courtesy during a PANDEMIC. Received an email asking for feedback on that appointment and sent it back stating was uncomfortable with the lack of masking by her assistant and to please respond by email. Crickets for a response. Real dilemma when healthcare professionals don't see the need to follow CDC guidelines. As much as I love Dr. Chadwell, I won't return due to lack of response on concerns.

Amy Chadwell and crew are always very helpful, kind, and courteous, group of individuals. They have changed my dental experience, i used to always have cavities until i came here and Amy recommended a few solutions have left me with great teeth!! Thank you Chadwell family for the great experience, this place is highly recommended.

My son and I had our first appointment yesterday and I can't thank the staff enough!! They went out of their way to make my son comfortable while getting his cleaning and then deciding to pull 2 front teeth. They talked to my son as a patient and not just a child and really engaged him in the decision process. Dr.Chadwell did a fantastic job! I highly recommend anyone who is in the area and needs a dentist to head to Chadwell Family Dentistry

Everything always works out well. Dr. Chadwell found a cavity during my regular checkup and we got it fixed the same day. I like the personal touch that is always here. I never feel like I'm just another unknown patient. Thanks for a great experience

Very friendly and welcoming staff. I’ve always had bad anxiety when it came to going to the dentist but they’re very reassuring, gentle, and explain anything I ask in a way I understand. They also add a personal touch every time and surprise me with how much they remember about me and build good customer relationships.

I have been bringing my family to Dr. Chadwell for years! She and the staff are always pleasant and listen to any concern that we may have. Dr. Chadwell’s demeanor and attitude towards maintaining proper oral hygiene even influenced my daughter to go into the dental field. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental needs

I LOVE this place! The staff is always accommodating and friendly from the time you walk in, to the time you leave. Dr.Chadwell is amazing!! She’s honest on the work that needs done immediately and what to keep an eye on. I truly believe Chadwell Family Dentistry, and Dr. Chadwell, stick to the code of ethics and standards in this field. I’ve been to several other dentists in the past and have questioned the need for what they recommend. This simply isn’t the case here. I’ll never go anywhere else and neither will our kids!
