Carrabba's Italian Grill

The food is fantastic, but what make this a 5 star review was out waitress. Mel is hands down the best wait-person I have had in my entire life. I have had many amazing wait staff in my life but Mel is in a class of her own. I will be returning for the delicious food but I will only sit in Mel's area. She made a true connection with me and my wife and even got us to experiment with drinks and menu items. Simply an amazing dinner that I cannot wait to repeat.

The food was excellent and there was so much you definitely felt well fed when you left. The waitress was a bit slow but they were very busy and one table of five or six people were making her run extra trips for butter , and ice water , etc. At first I thought the pricing was a little high but they serve salad and I had perfect pork chop , giant scoop of garlic mashed potatoes and massive amount of broccoli 🥦 which I could not finish .

The food was good and the service was OK. The building itself needs upgrading. There were booths closed off with tape that needed repairing and a part of the ceiling was exposed and leaking. The bar area seemed well kept, so if we go again we would probably dine in that area if we don't do carryout.

Haven't been to a Carrabba's in a while. Pretty much since we moved to NE. We decided to go on a family lunch date, which those are always nice. We were seated almost immediately. There were very few tables occupied as we missed the lunch rush (perfect time to go) we noticed there were 2 servers on the floor. One was talking to another table about perfume and the other was flitting back and forth from their tables to the kitchen area. After about 10min of sitting we noticed the one server was still talking and the other noticed we were still sitting. That server (that's noticed we were sitting) came and asked us if we were ready to order. We were we ordered, our food came and it was wonderful. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star rating is bc the server that was talking ended up being our server, and was very short with us as far as talking and emotion. If I wasn't there for the food and the blackberry sangria I'd give this a worse review. But I got what I went for. The service could have been a little better, but we win some and lose some. Right? Hopefully the server who was unhappy will take away a lesson. Who knows.

This was my first time at Carrabba's so I didn't have any huge expectations, but i expected a 60 dollar meal to be better for sure. First, my wife's meal was cold. From curbside you would definitely expect it to be warm or hot. Second, the quality of the food was definitely lacking. The chicken looked anemic and was lacking flavor. It was just a sad plate of pale food. I think there is a lot left to be desired for a place with a price tag this high, but with food of this quality. 2/5 would not reccomend.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Kinda pricey but everything is nowadays

Wait was a little long, but it was worth it. Grilled chicken is my favorite. They closed the location by my town so it was a nice surprise to come across.

The Mezzaluna is really yummy and the Alfredo Carraba is too. Warm bread and fast service. No complaints, but it's chain Italian so not 5 stars.

Great food and atmosphere. Our waitress was wonderful and extremely helpful. We will be going back...
