Had an emergency repair, and many other businesses were days or many many hours out from showing up. Burton told me they could show up between 8-12pm. They arrived at 8 and completed the work quick, clean, and professional. Steve was amazing and Burton now had me as a first time customer and now a life long customer

Excellent technician- very thorough. Very professional. Very considerate of his surroundings while working throughout the home. Pitched a sales offer, received a decline, then mentioned if I needed any help when I do decide to replace the ac unit that he would be happy to help even at a later time. Now that is worth giving him my future business/sale. Way to go Burton- excellent employee.

First time Burton VIP. I am so impressed from the call in service experience. Pleasant and polite conversations. Received a call when truck was on its way. Received a text showing the persons name and picture of who’s coming to work in my home. I received another call from the Tech telling me how far away he is. Tech showed up, put his booties on so not to dirty the floors. We were told some “not so good news” about our heating system, but the whole Burton experience made the pain just a little more tolerable. Great experience. Thank you.

Stephen B did a great job with our toilet and pipe repair. He was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable about what he was doing. Frank C came out to do our furnace check and he was the nicest person I’ve ever met! He gave me some tips on our air filter. He seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing as well. I wish him luck with his marathons this year!

Keenan was hands down the best service tech that I have had in my home. He clearly described my options and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. He invited me to be apart of the process to see why my plumbing issue occurred. Keenan deserves a raise his customer services skills are amazing!

Burton was contracted out to install a furnace in the home I eventually purchased. According to the technician, they were only tasked to install the furnace and connect the pipes to the existing infrastructure which yeah that's fine most of the time... except in my case the exhaust vent ended in my attic so for a year I've been living in a home that's basically had the equivalent of a car running in it. I only noticed what was going on because my wife noticed some signs of water damage coming from the attic which prompted me to climb up there. It seems like a really simple situation that could have been avoided if the original installer just cared enough to QC their work. If you are here then you probably don't know the ins and outs of these systems like me which is why I'd recommend going to a different company that cares about the quality of their work.

We called Burton because we were having some trouble with our heat. Frank came over today to help and I must say that he provided us with what may be the best and most thorough customer service experience I have had in ANY interaction with any company ever. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The folks at Burton are very lucky to have Frank on their team and Burton will always be my first call because of Frank.

The response was fast! Devin was great. Very thorough and explained everything. Gave us all our options. Did great work and cleaned up. You would never know he had been here. This was our first time using Burton and we were impressed.

Burton has been very good to us. They have a membership kind of deal that you can get free maintenance checks, and we have really been glad to take advantage of that. We had to get a new furnace two winters ago and didn’t have much notice, and they were great when they first came in. At our maintenance check yesterday, Oscar was quick and professional. He checked everything out, gave us recommendations, and then completed the maintenance work we asked him to do. We would recommend this business and this technician!
