Budget Car and Truck Rental

Much better place than the one I picked my truck up down in San Antonio. Woman at the counter was very helpful and it was pretty clean also.

Same info used b4 to rent a vehicle, suddenly didnt work for rhem this time.... called several x, to make sure even. Get there n it wasnt good enough! I call BS n toke my money else where!!

Service was friendly, Lori was very helpful by showing me necessary features on the rental car.....many rental car companies don't have the time.....thank you Lori and Budget.

Worst car rental experience ever, agent was rude, called customer service and they were equally rude and disrespectful stating, "you don't have to rent from us. Location was a dump, unpaved lot. They clearly don't care about your business.

Poor customer service. Different rules from when I picked up my rental and from what I was told by customer service at corporate. Do not rent from or return to budget Nebraska.

I would opt to take a covered wagon on vacation before I rent from Budget Nebraska again. Long story short, we road tripped to CA from NE. Our car ran hot on the interstate requiring us to pull over several times to let cool. The oil needed changing 4 hours into the trip, and the car stank like cigarettes. I waste 4 hours of vacation on the phone with Budget customer service and countless others at 5 other Budget locations trying to swap my vehicle out but no one was willing to because Budget Nebraska has such a weird system of documenting compared to other locations no one could authorize or validate the vehicle exchange. Then when I would call the actual budget office I picked the car up from I would be told I'd get a call back and never did. This company can't handle the situation when the car starts acting up. Not worth your risk, time, or money.

Do not go through these people. They claimed I dented their bumper but provided no proof and didn't even send pictures. They didn't notify me either, didn't call or email me and just billed my credit card. I had to file fraud report because they made no communication and charged my card without my authorization. These people just eff you out of your money.

Got free upgrade because the hot-head in front of us decided not to take the jeep he had reserved so they gave him our compact car. Giving us their only vehicle. The jeep which was better for us with my chair. All of our luggage and the wheelchair and everything I bought on the trip and the cooler. Pillows and blankets for the cabin. We loved the jeep so much, especially at the compact price, we bought a Sante Fe. Budget is the company I choose as a retired travel agent.

Never AGAIN will I or my friends and family will rent from budget rent a Car at 12670 Q Street or anywhere in America again. They are SCAMMERS!!!!. I returned a vehicle with a cracked wind shield, never refused to take responsibility. I offered to call Safelite to fix the windshield the next morning by 7 am and the lady at the counter said Budget does not work that way and someone will be calling me about repair charges. Almost a month later they send me an invoice for $159 from Safelite plus $123.00 for loss of use on rental and another $25 admin fees. I am speaking to a group of lawyers that reps citizens against such scam. Since when did replacing a windshield take longer than an hour? for them dare charge me $123??. DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET. My car was hit and run on my trip and dealing with Budget was a mess. The person who hit my car was caught and their insurance was supposed to pay, instead of charging the other insurance they charged my credit card. I sat on hold with their national office who could not view the claim, they sent me to the Nebraska number who could not view the claim, and after that I had to send an email to their claims department in Atlanta. I have not heard from them yet and in the meantime I am out $1000. Budget really needs to fix this process and be far more timely in it's responses. This is unacceptable and I will soon file a credit card dispute if they do not contact me back.
