Erin was amazing, she fixed my hair which was seriously messed up from another salon. She was fun to talk to, and worked extra hard on my hair. It was a challenge but she gave me a beautiful blonde and an amazing cut. The other staff was very friendly and it was a welcoming environment. Im definitely going back.

I had just moved here from California (where I had a stylist with whom I was comfortable and happy). Here at Blue Door I was so lucky to find ERIN!! Thank goodness! She turned out to be amazing and very talented and has a great personality - she’s the whole package - I have found my new hair home!

I have had the worst customer service ever at Brogan (the owners) salon. Brogan is so unorganized, there is no receptionist to answer calls. I have literally not once liked my color, and have had to go back after weeks of Simone calling me back, when Brogan promises to “fit” you in are lies. It’s always a problem. Always. Brogan works too fast, and does incomplete work, that is nothing like what you wanted. It’s one color. Bleach and toner. I have had bright orange hilights the last time. Brogan suggested that I part my hair on the opposite side to cover up her mistakes! Are you serious?? $200 with a 20% tip for this??? Brogan didn’t get back to me in the first 12 days. I finally made an appointment at Bungalow 8 to have my hair fixed. They straight out said that Brogan did an awful job. Do not go here unless you want to wast your money and time, only to be met with disappointment.

I called over a week ago to make an appt to get my hair done for an upcoming out of town wedding. The lady that answered said she needed to get back to me because she needed to check with some of the stylist. I gave her my name and phone number and have never heard back. So much for trying to give my business to a local salon in my neighborhood.

Best pedicure experience I’ve ever had! The salon is so cute and relaxing inside. The lady who did my pedi was so gentle and made sure to check in with me and my friend to make sure we were happy with everything. Will definitely return!

Hands down best salon in Omaha. Been going to brogan for atleast 8 years. I have the absolute thickest hair and it’s very hard to find someone who can really manage and style and not fry my hair off. I’m also very dark haired and she has always made me look like the natural blonde I wanted. 10/10 I was lucky I found her through an old friend!!

11/10 recommend! Brogan and Bailey came in on a Sunday to do my hair and makeup. Not only were their services exceptional, the atmosphere and vibe were so much fun! I am always happy with my results and it takes all of the anxiety out of getting my hair done!

Google doesn’t have massage listed on their services but they have a massage therapist here, Samantha! What a great experience. She’s very attentive and her room is cozy and comforting. I felt so relaxed from their beautiful waiting area and then into an absolute bliss estate after my massage by Samantha. Highly recommend her! Can’t wait to come back :)
