Blondo Childcare And Preschool

I’ve been taking my daughter to Blondo Childcare and Preschool for a year and a half now. The customer service is top notch, they call me quickly if my daughter catches a fever or if there is any type of issue involving her. Staff is more than helpful in so many ways. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and smells great every day! My daughter brings home many art projects, especially around holidays. There are also a lot of bulletin boards up throughout the Center. I feel extremely confident and safe leaving my daughter here. I would recommend Blondo Childcare and Preschool!!

As first time parents we HIGHLY recommend BCP. Everyone is attentive to any questions or concerns we have. No one judges us for any decisions or requests we have regarding how our daughter is cared for. The facility is clean and very well taken care of. Every day we are greeted by Matt the Director or another staff member, they always remember our names and what is going on in our at home life. Really feel a sense of community with this daycare that we can depend on them no matter what. We will not take our daughter or any future children anywhere else.

It has taken me a while to write this post as I didn't want it to come from a place of anger; however, with the series of events that occurred while my son was "in the care of" this facility, there is some anger lingering. You should NOT take your children here. We had the most awful experience. They are over-run and there was always a different person in the room where my child was supposed to be. My child was also always shuffled around and I never knew where he would be when I picked him up. Besides that, we had an incident where my son came home with hair that had been placed back on his head that had been ripped out sometime during the day. He had a quarter-size bald spot from this. Upon talking with the director, he stated that he would "investigate" and get back to me. The only investigating he did was interviewing two teachers that are "typically with him". When there was multiple other people in the room, he did not talk with everybody. He also stated we could not review cameras as they are only live feed (had never been told this before). After this, coincidentally, we got an email with information on how to login to view the cameras. (Sketchy much?) A week or so later, my son came home with a bruise on his inner thigh that nobody could tell me where it came from. The director called on the following Monday and kicked us out of the daycare, effective that day and stated that we had made "illegitimate claims" which is why we were being kicked out. Which goes against the daycare's handbook policy on termination of care. We did not violate the handbook, and therefore should have been given proper notice of termination. My son is the SWEETEST kid and was even said to be the "favorite" or that everybody loved him, he did NOT deserve this treatment and I am disheartened that the people who "loved him" could allow this to happen. The events that occurred have made me fear for the other children in the care of this facility and hope that this does not happen to other children. Ms. Nani and Ms. Paula were AMAZING with my child, and are the only reason I would give this place a 1 star.

Great staff! All teachers work well with each other to keep the center moving as smooth as a daycare can with kiddos under 5. When it comes to teaching and playing with the kids to get the motor skills working they do a great job.

We loved our time at BCP. The staff are very friendly and get to know your whole family. I'm amazed when staff I haven't even met yet, know my children's names. They're one big family there and all look out for each other. When my son transitioned to an older class, he struggled leaving his friends behind in his last class and meeting his new teacher. Because of this he regressed on potty training. But the new teacher quickly reached out to us and asked how she could help with preventing the accidents in an effort to combat this in a team-based approach between parents and staff. She listened to our recommendations and our son stopped having the accidents! They really care about the kids and make the families all feel welcome. We will miss the staff at BCP!!

Such an amazing place with the most caring staff. Our 2 girls had the best time growing up with them. Now that they are in school it will be missed until baby number 3 is old enough to join the caring and loving team.

Blondo Childcare was a great fit for our family. They were attentive and did a lot of fun sensory activities for the little ones. I appreciate how they handle situations and would recommend to anyone!

We love BCP! We’ve been going there for over a year and couldn’t ask for a better daycare! The directors Matt and Paige are kind and friendly and attentive to our child’s needs and her care. The other staff are nice and if we have questions they answer and help us if need be. They post pictures and videos of our child and answer any of our questions or address any concerns we may have! Definitely recommended to anyone looking for a respectable daycare!

BCP is literally the best daycare. The staff is amazing, they genuinely care about the kids and build such great relationships w them! The facility is unbelievably clean, always smells great. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They’re wonderful. I definitely recommend (:

My 4 year old and 1 year old girls both had very positive experiences here. They had a hard time adjusting to day care life as they were both extremely attached to me but the staff made sure to always put forth the effort to try everything they could to make that transition comforting for them. Blondo day care has a pretty strong schedule/routine which helped my kids know what to expect and transition easier. Eventually they both blossomed and developed life skills I couldn’t do on my own like problem solving, friendship making, as well as academic and verbal progress. My favorite part about this day care is that there is ample space to let my kids be free and have that space to just be their Goofy unapologetic self instead of Confined to a small room for several hours.
