I’m not a big fan of places being choosey about what kind of work they want do to. Called to get information, immediately after nobody picks up I get a text which I replied to requesting services and I never heard back. Classic

They do braid but it is a separate from charge from any shampoo, hair color or styling

Cool neighborhood barbershop. I dislike the waiting time. I wish Barbershops had better customer service when it comes to walk-ins!

I moved from Louisiana to Omaha and the first place I went for my signature waist length box braids was Black Opal and that's the only place I go for my hair! The workers are great, the shop is clean and I have an appt Friday and they never disappoint

I love Black Opal Braiding. I've been here multiple times and they've been proffesional, nice, and have done an amazing job on my hair. The salon is clean and comfortable to be in. They address any problems and concerns u have and make sure you are satisfied. I've never been unsatisfied with how my hair came out. 10/10 would reccomend.

I'm a new client. I haven't even seen the lady yet. She is the co-owner and has canceled on me twice. I've bought the hair and been holding this money for two weeks. She skipped me and did my mothers hair. The box braids were terrible. They are falling apart so I had to fix them. Canceling on a client is not how you conduct a business. I wouldn't recommend using this business.
