Big Red's Guaranteed Clean

I am amazed! My carpet was really bad in parts of my home and I really did not think this company could make my carpet look good enough for me to sale my house without replacing the carpet first. But I tell you when I did a walk through with Mr. Anderson the owner of Big Red's Guaranteed Clean I was totally amazed at every room it just look great! Thank you I told him because I saved a lot of money since I did not have to replace my carpet. I recommend this company with no hesitations.

Everything was very good. Matthew was very friendly and informed us of what was going to happen. The carpet looks fine. One problem though, we were told that it should only take about 4 hours to dry because we had ceiling fans in each room cleaned. It is now 23 hours after the cleaning and I feel that the carpet is dry to the touch.

Trevor showed up right on time. He reviewed the project and gave us the price right away. Price was very reasonable and Trevor finished the work in a very short time and it looked great. Trevor was very nice and respectful and I would have them do work again.

This is the second time we have used this company. They did a great job!

Really helped us in a pinch regarding carpet cleaning. Very responsive and caring. Our liquid shoe polish accident happened Friday morning and they had Matt arrive to clean the stain early Saturday morning. Matt is a good guy. The whole process was very professional and thorough & reasonably priced.

David was a great help in cleaning my carpets. He was able to get some of the set in stains out, worked very professionally and was very thorough in his process. David not only took out his mask but also wore it while he was speaking with me, I appreciate his understanding in keeping everyone safe during this pandemic. I am happy with the results and so his my little son, He can enjoy rolling around without getting dirty on the carpets!!! Thanks David.

I've had several services from Big Red's now and they all have been stellar. 1. I had my carpet cleaned by 2 other companies, one of which said it was a "green" solution. But both times the stains in my carpet came back within a few days or weeks. When Big Red's cleaned it, it STAYED clean! They got rid of all my spots and stains and made my carpet look almost new. 2. I had some upholstery cleaned. It was an old chair, unfortunately a beige color, so it showed every spot. My dogs used to lick the chair and I was ready to just throw it out because it was so horribly stained. Big Red's came in and did an amazing job getting rid of almost all the spots. I was able to keep the chair. 3. I had some water come into my basement. They came out to do water extraction on a Sunday - they mean it when they say 24x7 service! They pulled up the carpet, threw away the pads, pulled all the base boards away from the walls, did a water extraction (more than once) and put in dehumidifiers. They have equipment to measure the amount of water still in the drywall and, when the entire thing was dry and clean, they put the whole room back together again (except the carpet, which I had already planned to replace). They were knowledgeable and thorough and had real attention to detail. I highly recommend them!

Trevor did a great job re-stretching our living room carpet and cleaning two rooms, stairs and hallway. He was very professional and worked very hard. He showed up when they said he would and completed his work with no issues. Would definitely recommend Trevor and the company. Work was completed on 4/21/2020.

I was so impressed on how quickly they responded to my call and within the hour the water was being extracted and rugs pulled back to dry. They have been amazing at the detail and communication and working with the insurance company as well. From the drywall removal and beyond. Thanks sooooo much Rex and Big Red's Guaranteed Clean!

We are hosting my husband’s staff Christmas party. Absolute Carpet Care was scheduled to clean at 9 am. I was left hanging when they canceled abruptly that morning. Thankfully, Big Red Carpet Care was able to send a crew out an hour later to get the job done. They were very reasonable and kind. I got all three rooms done for $121 and was treated with kindness and respect. I will definitely call them the next time I need my carpets cleaned!
