Will absolutely go out of my way to rent from this location. Representative was very helpful and made sure I got exactly what I needed. If you call ahead and let him know any special requests or something you may need they will go out of their way to make it happen.

We rent from this location on a regular basis. The manager is always friendly and knowledgeable of the Avis services. Been to others and Millard West location provides way better customer service. Highly recommend this location!

The car was not thoroughly clean. There were fish crackers in the back seat, a leaf stuck in the dash, the steering wheel was sticky, what looked like deodorant on the drivers seat and water mark's where the cup holders were in the doors. The car also smelled like smoke. The woman who showed us the car dismissed my concerns.

I'd recommend Dave at west omaha location. Tremendous service for over 15 years for me. Still the best even after being home for a year and half due to pandemic. They didn't miss a beat.
