Took forever to get the car returned. Car had damage when we checked it out and they didn't really seem to know how to deal with that.

The car was excellent but when you go to their place to pick up the car you will get lost

Vehicle was clean. There were some issues at pickup but an representative from the company was able to resolve them.

I rented here at the end of the summer for a 4 day trip to see family in the area. I am a frequent American Airlines traveler and had received an offer from them for 2,000 AAvantage miles with an Avis rental of 4 days or more. When I got to the rental counter at the new airport garage, the agent noted the offer and the process was pleasant and efficient. 2.5 months later, there were no miles, so I called the CS number for Avis on the AA web site. I spoke with someone at Avis and all I got was runaround saying I needed to contact American Airlines, blah blah blah. The agent there said I booked on the wrong website, so I wouldn't qualify for miles. That's funny, because I booked on the link attacked to the AA/Avis email! In the end because I fly American alot, the CS agent at AA gave me the 2,000 as a goodwill gesture on behalf of the airline. Nothing from Avis!

Car rental service at Omaha airport. Counter service was fast and efficient. After shuttling to car location, was in car and on the road in a matter of minutes. Car selection was great. Drop off (upon return ) was very quick.

Could not rent a car due to the fact I didn't have a credit card. I had a debit card. Totally had all the cash and then some. Just another way to screw over the middle class. Ruined my trip for my nieces graduation in Oklahoma. Reccomend taking business elsewhere.

Rental car was dirty inside and out. It's like someone was eating granola bars and fried chicken in the car and they never vacuumed it. There is a weird sap like substance all over the outside of the car body and the windshield and mirrors that I had to scrub several times so I could see properly at night, it looked clean on the outside during the day. Over 41,000 miles on the odometer. Also, if you are use to Honda's or Dodges, Ford explorer's are opposite world.

Easily the best booking experience for car rental I've had. I'd inadvertantly selected the incorrect day for pick-up and drop off and they quickly sorted it out at the desk. Highly efficient and friendly, didn't give any pressure to add on separate insurance or gas costs.

I booked online at $220.23 and once I got to the counter they wanted to charge me an under age fee even though thier terms and conditions state that military personal over 21, I am 24, wouldn't get charged as under age, regardless of whether the rental was for personal or official use. The manager here should really get to know the terms and conditions better.

The best rental place for cars. Great prices and decent cars for the money.
