Anytime Laundry

First time there change machine gives you dollar tokens not cash so what you put in is gone . I didn't pay attention and I started putting coins in and then realized machine was on and I just placed 3 extra coins in . Well that's 3 dollars real money . Nothing on change machine tells you your getting tokens instead of money like I put in . I went to the attendant and she said she has no way of getting money back and owner told her to tell his customers that it's user era when in fact like I said above . The change machine says nothing about tokens . No notice of a no refund policy . Like I said I was busy that day in rush not really paying attention and then get told tough luck by attendant which she's only employee not her fault . But to have tokens no notice on change machine of exchange for your dollars are tokens not cash and then not notice they were gold in color not silver like change and I didn't pay attention to machine starting I'll admit that's is all my era. But to flagrantly take my money tell me tough and no refunds . When there's no notice of money exchange being tokens is fraud in my book . It to me was all first time user era plus I had not been in laundry mat in over 8 years . I feel owner owes me 3 dollars period not tokens . I'll never be back .

They have different sized washer and their dryers dry I swear in less than 30 minutes. Sometimes under 20 depending on your load size and somebodies always on sight to help with any machines taking quarters. Very clean and very friendly staff. Decent snack machine and a laundry soap vending machine. Roomy. Even if its busy they always have plenty of washers and dryers with well maintained laundry carts. However their roof had random drips inside after a big snowstorm. Still only place I do my laundry.

Lady that was substituting kept desperately asking me to apply and gave a free dryer. If I didn't have a full time job I would of jumped to it. They also give employees $20 a month for washing their clothes.

Very clean and the dryers get very hot. The attendants are friendly and focus on getting machines clean and the bathrooms are immaculate!!!!

The washers worked,dryers are fantastic,depending on when you go,its usually very clean plenty of tables to fold clothes and plenty of carts,vending machines well stocked if you want a snack and they have tv to watch or games to play my concern is SAFETY!Homeless people take over after a certain time both inside and people hanging out in the parking lot.Almost everytime I go, I get asked if I have spare change.Its a 24 hour laundromat,but it isnt safe to use at just anytime.I believe they opened in july 0f 2019,I go every week since then but Im seeing the best or safest time in my opinion would be between 7:30am to 9pm,outside of those hours,just let the bums have the place!

I will definitely be back! Very peaceful. Very clean. The last laundry mat I went to I had a gentleman show me a crack pipe so this is a MAJOR upgrade. I also want to acknowledge the woman who is working tonight. She has red curly hair. That is a 5 star employee, hands down. She is really putting in work and it definitely shows! It looks spotless in there and if there is a spot, she is already taking care of it. Please give her a big high five!! Wow!! I just want her to know that customers really take note and appreciate all of her hard work!

Very clean, staff is disinfecting in between customers. The washers and dryers work great. They clearly mark the ones that aren't working. Very good experience!!!

It's 1 of the cleanest laundrymats I've been to. Mostly b/c there is a staff member there almost all a.m & afternoon hours, until some point later evenings, she will leave@ which point it is unattended until early a.m. The attendant is continuously wiping down tables, sweeping & sanitizing the place. It stays pretty busy throughout evenings. Early & later on evenings can be busy too. It's open 24 hrs. There are a few of those "Bankshot games" there. (skill games-18yrs.+). They have XL very low price, really dryers! ($1.00). Various washer sizes, all HD alot. Very decent.

Incredibly rude staff won’t return. $11 for large wash.

I've been to at least 3 of the Anytime Laundry locations. 33&L,N 90th St, and this one one 72& Ames. And by far at anytime I have went & done my Laundry 72nd and Ames has been my Favorite since opening up! This pictuilar Anytime Laundry always has the least amount of rift raft. It's by far cleaner than the 33&L location! And at least most of the attendants are friendly & one in pitular that has been there the last several months is always up moving around and cleaning. I believe her name is Angie. She is the best worker I've dealt with at any Anytime Laundry and I have been going to any one of these locations for about 4 years now. I have only been to the one on 90th once butthere was drysheets all over the floor and the had to sanitize the machines more than I do at the ones at ames. And for the time I was doing laundry that night their was alot of foot traffic & a bunch of crazies out. Don't get me wrong the one on 72nd ames has some crazies that come in. But at least their somewhat tolerable compared to 90th and 33&L St. I recommend Anytime laundry on 72nd and Ames outta all of them if you gotta do your laundry at a laundry Mat 72 & Ames is the place to go! Keep up the good work out!!
