Charged my account after I moved out of state and didn't work with me to cancel my account. Immediately threatened to send me to collection. This gym doesn't give an Ef about the client. Just wants your money through forced fees to cancel my account. Classic gym that’s just wants money.

This is a great gym. The best place to workout downtown. You can use the gym whenever you want (24/7 access) and the management and staff really prioritize customer service.

I mostly joined because it's the closest gym to my house. Considering it's in such a small location, they actually have pretty decent amenities. There are a few weight machines they don't have that I wish they did. Also, the amount of texts from management are over the top. Way too much contact.
